  1. panthers lost to saints by 3 and to chiefs by 2. they've had some bad luck. solid team.
  2. third quarter reminded me of the jacksonville game
  3. Matt Millen is horrible. That is all.
  4. Do I even want to watch this? Not available for #Badgers today: RB Jalen Berger, WR Stephan Bracey, RB Isaac Guerendo, WR Danny Davis, CB Semar Melvin, WR Kendric Pryor, LT Cole Van Lanen, RB Nakia Watson. RB and WR positions decimated. Looks like Dietzen to slide out to LT for Van Lanen with Seltzner at LG.
  5. Bears may still have a shot at the playoffs when we play them. We shall see if their big win over Houston was a mirage after this weekend's game against the Vikings.
  6. Wonder if they were inspired by these:
  7. Moderna is only one dose instead of two, and doesn't need to be stored at extremely low temperatures. Effectiveness is about the same as Pfizer at roughly 95%. I don't see how people will have a choice, at least not initially. It's going to be a matter of what's available in your town by the time you're eligible. EDIT: Sorry for the misinformation! Both vaccines are two doses. I was thinking of the single dose J&J vaccine in phase 3 trials. I could see the J&J vaccine being the dominant one eventually given the one dose requirement. Looks like it could be ready to go by February/March if all goes well:
  8. The 2022 recruiting class for offensive linemen might be even better than the last few if all they do is get the in-state guys.
  9. Sounds like Pryor and Davis will be out again this weekend. Also sounds like they could both return next year which would be a big boost.
  10. Supermax has only been since 2017. Before that it was the Larry Bird rights...or something like that.
  11. There would potentially be people in their 30's that never in their lives saw an extended period of bad Packer QB play.
  12. If you are in a points-per-reception league the key to drafting is to wait until later on to get your 2nd and 3rd RB. After the top tier are off the board there really isn't much difference points wise. There is so much value in receivers. I try to get a top tier tight end before I draft my second receiver too.
  13. (Pretty sure this is correct) Supermax signees: Damian Lillard Giannis Steph Curry John Wall Russell Westbrook James Harden
  14. There are guys making good money they can cut in the next year or two and not see a huge dropoff. P. Smith, Turner, Amos off the top of my head are all replaceable. I mean sure there could be a dropoff to the next guy but not to where you'd lose an extra five games.
  15. Kobe was an 18 year old rookie when Shaq signed with LA. I'm not even sure he had been drafted when Shaq signed.
  16. I feel like there's always room with the way you can restructure contracts. Didn't the Chiefs just dole out like $200 million or something?
  17. I've got a potentially difficult and contentious zoom meeting at 1pm and I am so giddy I don't even care.
  18. Giannis is signing supermax with Bucks. From the man himself:
  19. Badgers game with Northern Iowa postponed. They have scheduled Loyola Chicago last minute. They play tonight. Looks like the Louisville game is scheduled for this Saturday. Nebraska on the docket for next Tuesday. Subject to change at any minute.
  20. I agree with FVBrewerfan - skip seasons 2, 3 of True Detective and watch The Wire (which is arguably a top five show of all time) I didn't hate season 2 as much as some people but it was a really slow burn to get to the actual case. Season 3 > season 2 but not anywhere near as good as season 1 and not anywhere near as good as any season of The Wire.
  21. Aaron Jones has fired his agents. Read into that what you will.
  22. I think it's scheme that doesn't put them in positions to succeed along with some weak guys up front outside of Clark.
  23. Yeah I guess I don't understand the reticence to do so.
