  1. I am guessing that the Brewer game isn't on TV. Gosh that sucks!!
  2. Looks like a good pitching matchup today.
  3. Nice to see that Chris Saenz is still dealing down at Hunts.
  4. How can I get pics under my user name after every post? I am guessing it is somewhere, where I edit my profile but I can't seem to find it. Any one tho knows, I'd appreciate the help. EDIT: Also how can I put the information, under the comments?
  5. The Brewers will look to Human Rain Delay Jr. to win the series for them, as two southpaws face off in the second game of the series. Estes has not done too bad since joining the Rockies sporting a 7-3 record and an ERA of 5.55, which isn't bad for playing in Colorado. Cappy has an ERA of 2.89 and is 2-2. He has given up 15 runs, but only 9 of the runs are Earned, in 28 innings of work.
  6. Ouch. I have a feeling you are right there is a lot of green in that stadium. Thats pretty pathetic. What do the Brewers have to do to get fans in the seats?
  7. Well that one doesn't hurt too much. Do you leave Bennett in there? Or bring in Kolb? If it were me I leave Bennett in there and have Kolb ready to warm up.
  8. That a-way GINTER!!! Now i'll take THAT!!
  9. Mark Rogers, at the game, just stated, "I hope I can have as good a career as Matt Kinney".... Exactly I heard that too. Makes me wonder if he has seen his ERA?
  10. as of now there is aprox. 26 hours away from game time and I have decided to post the game thread. Jason Jennings is going to face off against Doug Davis. This is the first of only two meetings between these two clubs, the only one in Milwaukee. The other, which will be next week, is in Colorado. 11. It looks as if he is almost as untouchable as Sheets, and I am serious. This guy can be a part in the future, he is still only 29 and a closer usually goes until he is 40!! If we trade him there will be MANY dissapointed fans... Oh by the way....... 5 OVER .500 BABY!!!
  12. Thanks Colbyjack! Appreciate it. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif
  13. For those that really know the lower levals really well, who are considered the STUD prospects and who has potential to do well. Also, I know of some of the good pitchers, but who really stands out, out of all of them.
  14. DID I HEAR S*********P!!!! Crew will aim for a new goal today and try to get to FIVE, yes five games above .500!! An early start at 1:00 CST so if your at work go ahead and tune into Bob and Jim's broadcast and hopefully listen to the Brewers s***p the Mariners. Edit: We don't like that word around here. Shhhh.... -Toby
  15. BREWERS WINN!!!! 4 ABOVE .500!!!!!!!
  16. deeswan BlazinWings The Kiss of Death I see your points. I didn't think before I posted that and I should have. Many players indeed, have gone on to the next leval and may struggle. Here's to having a better second half coming up!
  17. Man-O-Man, don't blow up on me or anything anyone, but as of now we only have one team above .500 and the rest are at or below it. Was our farm system a little overrated?
  18. The Brewers will try to win the series today, though they have one more game if for some reason they don't win today. Doug Davis will try to get another quality start for the Crew, as he faces Clint Nageotte. 19. Anyone who has seen Hendrickson pitch at Indy correct me if I am wrong about his stuff, but I think that Ben Hendrickson is going to be a 5 starter at best. In less he increases his velocity to low 90's and really works on his curve and maybe adds another pitch(correct me if he has one), then he can stay at Indy and we can have Oby start. In the Indy Box it said that Mike Jones gave up 2 runs, is that right because I thought that some said he didnt give up any?
  20. Does anyone know who is pitching tomorrow? I am not thrilled that the game I am going to Oswalt is pitching, but hey maybe they have a chance? Depends who is pitching.
  21. The Brewers look to bounce back after a tough loss in Anaheim last night. The Brewers and Astros will be the only NL series going on this weekend as the other 28 teams continue interleague action.
