    I love Hawk Harrelson, even with how huge of an idiot he is. When I watch White Sox games on mlb.tv, I always watch their broadcast. I think it's just from watching lots of him as a kid when the Sox were on WGN all the time. He gone.

    Even if that is the case, putting him on the short side of a platoon with Scooter Gennett (!!!!) is not the answer.

    The fact is, there was zero reason to think there was any connection whatsoever, aside from the sound of his name and the color of his skin. Really a sad reflection of the times we live in. Any idiot can do some photoshop work and tweet it out and somehow it becomes accepted by large numbers of people.

    Now that it's baseball season (and thus my wrestling "season" is pretty much over), this is pretty much my listening: ESPN Fantasy Focus CBS Fantasy Baseball Today CBS Eye on Baseball Rumors (stupid name, but really good - sort of like the FanGraphs podcast but without the always-annoying Carson Cistulli) Baseball Prospectus Effectively Wild (daily show) Baseball Prospectus Fringe Average (dig it, not as awesome as KG was, but Ferrin brings a different/professional style) The Baseball Show with Rany & Joe (this is my new favorite, and I have no idea how I hadn't discovered it before) Are there any good baseball ones I am missing out on? I cannot stand Buster Olney, so I dropped out on that show after a couple of episodes. He's about the dirt worst. I don't need to hear him trying to draw some great yarns from Krukky.

    It would be shocking and have a short-term effect, and then would completely fall apart because they'd have absolutely no one to face Cena. It's like people miss Vince Russo.

    I think the Cena turning idea is one of those ideas that some fans want to badly to believe that they choose to believe it, in spite of it not really making sense at this time. It's kind of like when they had two new tag teams last summer and fans who had wanted so long for there to be a legit tag division decided that there suddenly was one. Actually, it was just a means to an end for doing the whole Bryan/Kane thing.

    At least I would feel more like the 1B is borderline presentable if it was a guy like Overbay. I legit can't watch this team while Yuni is the starting 1B. It's too depressing.

    It's pretty inexcusable when you can always get a AAAA or Overbay kind of guy with at least a little pop and familiarity with the position during the winter/spring.
