    No. Charter Members can't be kicked out, they can only leave of their own volition. The only teams that can be kicked out are MSU and PSU.

    See, i think that is a mistake. Forcing a player to attend can result in bad blood between the player and management. Allow them the right to attend if they chose, but don't force them. Also, it looks like we will know by mid-friday if hart wins or not.

    I don't think Edmonds will make the team, so i am not counting him. I am putting Gerut in front of Hart because i think he will have a very nice spring, and i think Hart will continue to struggle. I am sure Zaun will be the starter at Catcher(however, i doubt the 2 million dollar contract has anything to do with it, as that isn't that much in today's world), but for fun's sake, i put Lucroy in there, hoping he can impress enough to force his way into the lineup.

    Cant we stick Narveson in AAA to begin with even if he doesnt have an option? Because I dont think he has 5 years major league service. I get confused on how that works, even though he is out of options, cant we put him down in AAA before opening day? As far as i know, he needs to have an option. But i will concede to those who know a lot more about this kind of thing than i do. EDIT: Looks like the deal is worth 800k if he makes the team.

    It's mostly from his reaction to others getting deals done ahead of him(the 'i wish they would have offered me that kind of deal' comment he made a while ago, amongst other things), and just a general feeling i get from him.

    i agree. Hart strikes me as a guy who takes these kinds of things personally, and not as just business.

    If it wasn't for Bud, we all might be Cubs fans. For that alone, Bud deserves this statue.

    I like this move, a lot. I figure this is similar to the Edmonds deal, where if he isn't on the team by the end of ST, he can sign elsewhere. Also, the fact that he kills lefties is nice, you can never have too many of those guys.

    I've got a 360, so i am stuck with 2k. 2k9 SUCKED, really, really, really bad. The reviews i have read say 10 is much better, but it would have to be, as there is nothing near the horrible pile of excrement that was 2k9. I will try to rent it, before i buy it. However, every year i just can't wait to experience some level of baseball, and end up buying it on the first day. However, here is the real key. I just watched the trailer, and at the 13 second mark, they show Miller Park(albeit for a milisecond). THE ROOF IS OPEN! This is awesome, as the last two i have played, it was always closed.

    I think something like what the tigers did with Ernie Harwell would be cool. Have the statue be(or bust, probably would look better) just inside the home plate doors, with an explanation of how he kept baseball in wisconsin.
