I'm ok with Nelson in the roster, he could make a useful lefty PH.

Petition to the Brewers owner and be really, really vocal about wanting CC back, maybe that might help.

I bet DM gets a contract extension this offseason, seriously doubt he will leave the Brewers over Ned. I think DM's comments to the media about Ned has more to do with helping Ned get a managerial job with another team. I think Sveum's comments about Ned is out of courtesy... If the Ned was such a great buddy of his, why did he accept the job then. Braun comments about Ned is also out of courtesy. The players didn't seem really upset about Ned's firing. In fact, they seem genuinely happy about having Sveum as the manager and even urge publicly for him to be the manager next year. Edit: btw, I totally agree with those who said that the Yost firing was overdue. DM should've fired Yost last offseason instead of picking up his 2009 option, which was a million dollar mistake.

I truly believe that the Brewers would not have made the playoffs if Yost was still the manager, so frankly I don't feel bad for Ned. Like 82, it was a necessary move and I'm glad they did it before it's too late. If Ned was around, we'd be rueing another disappointing season in 2008...

I'm a current mlb.tv yearly subscriber and I've tried signing up for the international postseason package several times but was rejected each time. I don't know why that is? Can I still watch live postseason games with my existing yearly package? If not, what can I do? Edit: The mlb.tv "rejection"/ error message reads: "Our records indicate that you have purchased an equivalent product before. For the latest schedule of games, visit the MLB.com Multimedia guide. Click on the MLB.TV icon to the right of the game that you would like to watch." Does this mean I can watch with my existing yearly mlb subscription? Kindly help me and many thanks, I really don't want miss any Brewers playoff game.
