  1. Yeah, that was amazing. Laughed so hard when I saw that. Good stuff.
  2. I don't think it's unfortunate. Still a nice day to tailgate. Temp will drop to 55 by the end of the game. Plus, players say it's a lot louder in there with the roof closed. I'm fine with the decision.
  3. Hairston in the lineup! Thank you Ron! RF Hart, CF Morgan, LF Braun, 1B Fielder, 2B Weeks, 3B Hairston, SS Betancourt, C Lucroy, P Greinke
  4. I have an extra. Got anything to trade for it?
  5. Just thought I'd tell everyone that I pulled off the doubleheader yesterday with ease. Was in my seats through the last pitch, got out to Madison (with a pit stop) and was in a backyard having some beers before 6. No problem at all. Epic day!
  6. Only one word can describe how I feel right now. AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! Oh, and now I GOTTA GO!!!
  7. Yeah mine are 424 row 10 seats 21 and 22. That might be the other side. So not sure what the obstruction would be.
  8. I don't really see what any possible obstruction would be here.
  9. Ok, thanks. I appreciate the help.
  10. Yeah, I had club infield for game 5 too and I got timed out. There was still time left on the clock too. Really pissed me off.
  11. I got some tickets for a possible game 5 in section 424 row 10 seats 21 and 22. Can anyone help me on what the obstruction is there?
  12. Did you look at his stats from this year? That "power bat" slugged .389. Baseball is all about adjusting, The pitchers have found the holes and he's not adjusted. That the Braves are considering dealing him should be a red flag. He's still very young but he may need a healthy stint in the minors. Interesting idea but definitely risky. No, I mean the Braves are looking for a power bat.
  13. Yeah, have had tickets to the Badger game for awhile now, so I figured if it was a day game on Saturday for the Brewer game that I'd give it a shot. Any later than a 1 PM start and I don't know if I could've pulled it off. Hoping for a well pitched game that the Brewers win, so I get to the Badger game in plenty of time. Should be an epic day.I'm doing the same! I'm a student at UW so leaving Madison early to get to Milwaukee and I'm hoping I can make it back in time for kickoff, the problem for me will be parking because I live on Chadbourne right off of Breese Terrace and we sell our driveway to a family to park, so it will be tough fighting traffic not being able to park at my place. Yeah, my brother goes there. We park on his driveway on Randall, so it's convenient.
  14. it's cutting it too close for me. It took my parents 2 hours to get to the UW/Oregon State game, and they left from Pewaukee instead of Miller Park. Factor in a longer drive from Miller Park, the traffic coming out of there+traffic going to Madison (i would guess worse than the Oregon St game), and then the madness in Madison (as far as finding parking that late, getting to the stadium, etc) and it might take 3 hours to make the usually short drive. The Brewer game will likely go past 4, and maybe even to 4:30....I think it's a bit of a stretch. I would have tried it with a noon (or earlier) game, but I'm not going to risk it. Good luck though, I hope I'm wrong for your sake. Either way, it'll be a hell of a day/weekend.My dad left for the UNLV game at 5, and made it into the stadium by game time from the Milwaukee area. I like my chances. My brother lives on Randall, a couple blocks from the stadium, we park there.
  15. Apparently, the Braves stupidly are thinking about trading him. Braves are looking for a power bat in right. How about Corey Hart? We'll also kick in prospects. I know I'm dreaming, but they are known to have interest in Hart. I think the Braves are crazy for even entertaining a deal with Heyward.
  16. Like they said in the movie, I think Alou's reaction really fueled the fire. If he didn't flip out and then comment after the game about for sure catching it, I don't think it would've gotten overblown like it did.
  17. Yeah, no kidding. I'll also be watching Verlander/CC tomorrow night. That should be pretty sweet. Someone could go playoff baseball Friday night, Brewers Saturday afternoon, more playoff baseball, Badgers, football Sunday morning, Brewers and Packers Sunday afternoon, football/playoff baseball at night, then football/baseball monday night.
  18. That's one heck of a sports day. It would really be pretty difficult to match a day like that in terms of attending 2 live sporting events that have such large implications for each team. Have a good time-- I imagine there are a few others out there who are doing the double dip; I envy you. Should be an epic day.
  19. Have 2 tickets in Section 233 Row 5. Looking for $220 for the pair. Willing to listen to offers. PM if interested.
  20. Lots open 3 hours before game. Gates open 2 hours before. Need a pass to park. Otherwise go with a bar shuttle. Personally, I'll be tailgating before and going to the Badger game after. Going for the doubleheader.
  21. The game is just early enough on Saturday that me and my dad are gonna go for the doubleheader with the UW/Nebraska game.
  22. Brewers over D'Backs 3-1 Cardinals over Phillies 3-2 Tigers over Yanks 3-2 Rangers over Rays 3-2 Brewers over Cardinals 4-2 Tigers over Rangers 4-3 Brewers over Tigers 4-2 I hope I'm right. It'll piss off the MLB and FOX.
  23. Yeah, this schedule makes the most sense. I would be happy with this. Could still catch the Badgers and Packers games also. And yeah, your neighbors are gonna be up all night. Just wait for that go ahead HR in extra innings on Tuesday at about 2 AM ET.
  24. TBS has the Saturday games in CT as 11, 230, 6, and 930 and Sunday games as 5 and 830. So we'll see if those times stick. I doubt a game will be played at 930. Sunday game times seem right. Phillies play at 6 ET and Brewers at 830 CT. That would make sense.
  25. Nope, BA has the Yankees series.
