    I surprised it hasn't been mentioned but Brady's up and down adventures on the basebaths continue. If I'm not mistaken he got caught stealing once and picked off once. The good news is he was successful stealing once as well. And of course it's good that he was on base that much to begin with.

    A page has been turned. New ownership and this Mark guy has never experienced a losing team. It's just amazing how every night lately someone new contributes to the cause. Miller, Lehr, Santana tonight. And just like death and taxes, there's always Turnbow. Awesome.

    That slump is reaching 6 weeks, which is unacceptable. Repeat...dude is hurt. And while hurt he's still giving us more than Spivey did. I like the fact that he's playing through it and not complaining or using as an excuse. Just imagine how good he'll feel up there when this thumb injury is healed.

    Are you guys unaware that Rickie has a hand injury that probably will require surgery after the season? He's been playing through it for quite awhile now. He'll be fine.

    how about derek jeter... That would be shocking but a Yankee doesn't fit the description of an AL east team that as of yesterday would qualify for the playoffs. That fits Boston only.

    Michael Kay supposedly said that one big name from the NL and one big name from the AL tested positive. One name will break your heart and the other will shock you. He said one guy is a definite hall of famer and the other could be. Michael Kay is the Play by Play Announcer for the YES Network and WCBS-TV. The NL player is supposedly in the NL Central, with tha AL player in the AL East. Clemens would fit in that scenario.
