Houlie - I would hold off on giving him a refund. My guess is that he received the book and it wasn't required/needed for his class so he decided that he didn't want to pay for it. Let him go through eBay to get the refund. Negative feedback doesn't matter much.

I'm not suggesting buying from scalpers at all. I should have been more clear. You can purchase tickets from individuals who have extras due to members of their group not showing up, or from people who have drank too much and no longer want to go to the game.

Badgerfan - I would avoid craigslist and just pick up tickets the day of the game in the parking lot. You should be able to find tickets, and you won't be supporting d-bag scalpers on craigslist. Just my 2 cents.

I think Devil's Lake is probably your best bet, but I suggest making reservations now. If you want to do more hiking, be more secluded, and not pay for a site, I suggest checking out the Ice Age Trail. Another secluded option that does not involve hiking is Pine Woods campground near Ottawa Lake.

Patrick - What do you mean by "backpack camping?" Are you looking for the type of camping where you park your vehicle and then hike to a camping site?

I received a kit similar to the Midwest kit as a gift about 4 years ago, but I still have not brewed a batch. At first I was really excited about it, but saving bottles was a pain in an apartment. By the time I had enough saved, I had to move. I also didn't have the large metal pot necessary to brew larger batches. I finally got one as a gift a couple years ago.
