Basically if you are trying to lose weight, you want to do everything in your control to ensure that weight lost is from fat and not muscle. Xtend can help with that, it's basically a fast acting protein that spares muscle. It can help you recover faster/get less sore. No supplements are magic, a lot of them are crap, but that's one of the few that at least serves a purpose. Sound diet and training are far more important than any supplement. Its an intra-workout drink, correct? Would I be supplementing Xtend in place of gatorade or water during my workout? How would this stack with a nitric oxide? Thanks again, Southpaw. I don't have many friends who workout and reading supplement reviews in bodybuilding forums don't bear much fruit.
