    If you heard any of his post-game comments, it sure sounds like he is fired up and was taking it personally. Is only a matter of time with as many times as they came inside on the Brewers yesterday.

    My GPS is one of the best purchases I have made in a long time. And in my experience one of the biggest features you should make sure you have is "common sense". No matter what features it comes with, there is still an element of common sense that is required for use. I think have a Garmin Nuvi 150 (?) and have had it for over a year. I take it everywhere not just for directions but for suggestions/look up of what to do/eat/see, the Garmin is very easy to use. I think paying extra for the "text to speak" is overrated since the display is pretty good on the ones I have seen.

    Tickets for that game are still available from the Brewers. 5 together in 440. Smaller quantities in other sections. I would call and see if there is a section where you can get two rows back to back (3 seats and 2 seats) or some combination.

    That is the problem there, but lots of neat things, . When I was there a few months ago he was rearanging the store, after his partner moved out or something, and it was hard to navigate. I have bought many things from his E-bay store/auctions. I think that is where he sells most of his stuff.

    The biggest problem you may run into in the bleachers is that there are no "seats", just numbered bleachers so there is more pushing and shoving in my experience.

    Completely agreed. I renewed early since they already had so much of my $$, but didn't make me feel as welcomed or worthile as in the past. Sometimes it is the little things that can make a big difference and they used to do a great job with that.

    Metavante Club passes may be the worst "early renewal" perk yet. Metavante Club enterance is on the Club level, but outside the Club Seats.

    I have got the same feeling. They always seem to get it right and eventually help with my needs, but never make me feel like a valued customer anymore. Something to be said to be left with that warm and fuzzy feeling afterwards, especially since the SSH's are the ones that are there consistently and will be there if/when the novelty wears off again.

    My pre-sale tickets arrived yesterday, USPS. A nice surprise in the mailbox.

    I would guess a lot of people used the same logic I did. It is the first non-marquee game with potentially decent weather. Lots of group sales on that date. Had less to do with the give away and more to do with the timing/ schedule.

    What would be the fun in that... sitting at home in your warm pj's? I have gone early (3am ish), but never slept over night for past 3 years and it is as much about the experience as getting tickets. Cooler + food + chair= fun! Already have a 20-pack but other games are appealing and it is interesting to see who else is there. As would be expected there are some real characters.

    Born in September and enjoy fall, but also spring/summer (when it is not too hot). I think that has more to do with all of the events (baseballe, festivals) and things to do around town than when I was born.

    I wonder how many of those tickets were from the packages they sold at the end of '08 that people bought just to guarantee post season seats? Maybe one reason they got there so fast.
