I suppose it is like a 'regular' person taking $ off one credit card to make payment on another. The inital debt and the fees get you in the end. Crazy this can happen on such a large scale an for such a long period of time. -

We all knew JP had some affinity towards the Braves, but in his 13 years hear I never recall that being a broadcast-issue. I'd think we can assume the same about Corey; at least until he may prove this wrong.

I was ready to not like him and came away impressed considering it was his first time out. To me he did have some similarities to JP. I suspect the guy was nervous a bit, so maybe that's why he did come across a bit 'rushed' from time to time. Other then his name being Corey (weird to have anyone with the name Corey to be old enough to have a full-time job), I think I can get use to him.

I have been in public education for 15 years. The best way I can describe the feeling is that we (the school, et al) are guilty unless we can prove ourselves innocent in the eyes of many parents. Our young people have an amazing sense of entitlement. That said, I truly enjoy the challenges. -

I mentioned earlier that Herb was on WKTY this week and asked directly about the tax. Paraphrasing, he said that no team wants to pay it, but nothing has been decided about that in Milwaukee.

Some of Redd's $ is coverd via Ins. So, while that doesn't help against the cap; would help the bottom line against the luxury tax.

Agreed that a deal now might increase the value of RJ, et al. However, a viable trade can be done off-season. Sen. Kohl could pay the revenue tax too. Never know. He was on WKTY a few days ago and didn't dismiss going over the limit.

trwi7...I didn't say it was the best plan, but from the Senator's point of view, he might be saying he wants a playoff run. Trying to do so doesn't have to equal a loss of CV or the pick.
