My take on that trade (not that anyone asked) is that Matt for CC was 'worth' it as it lead to a playoff appearance. While The 'Crew did get bounced out in the first round, you can't advance if you don't get in. 2006 Cards are just a recent example. I suspect most Florida fans would say squeezing in via the WC worked out ok for their team.

Buddy of mine has two little boys are serious Brewer fans. I was able to score them each a Prince Bobble two seasons ago. I can't make it Sunday...I'm sure this is the impossible dream but I'm willing to purchase two if at all humanly possible. Anyone have any bobble connections, please let me know. Eternal gratitude if I can buy a couple. Thanks!

The 'Crew really doesn't need their best hitter(s) suspended. If there has to be a fight, get Brad Neson and Seth in the starting lineup.

TI does have a nice book. I like Rio's and MGM's too. A well secured trip downtown for the experience (time permitting) can be fun. It's a different scene, no question.

The piano bar @ NY-NY is ok. If you like to bet on sports, a trip the the book @ Caesars is needed. I really like Rio and Hard Rock. Interesting populations there.

Does some of the general benefit of hitting the P 8th come later in the game? One the starter comes out you can get your PH to the plate ahead of the #9 hitter. Rather then this issue being about Kendall specifically, I thought this line of thinking was more at the core of the debate.
