  1. This. So much this. JUST WORRY ABOUT GETTING THE TD!
  2. Lafleur needs to stop being scared of leaving time on the clock and just go score a td in these situations.
  3. Huge hole to the left, runs right into players.
  4. I think he had to take it out after the ball rolled out. It was his failed catch that was the issue.
  5. Another special teams failure.
  6. Still plenty of time to go down and score, so I'm ok with that.
  7. Not exactly the best attempt at doing anything to stop the ball carrier on that catch williams. Chicken wings aren't going to do much.
  8. Please be ok Tom. Losing you would be soul crushing.
  9. Wow great throw and catch.
  10. All I can think is man image this offense with a healthy kraft. Feels like we would be unstoppable.
  11. Wow. Can we get a stop on third down?
  12. I checked, he was 5 yards downfield when the ball was thrown.
  13. Ok, maybe I've always misunderstood something. Is it half the penalty distance or half if the distance from the goal. I always thought it was the latter.
  14. Wait. Why are we starting at the 3? Even with the penalty we should be at the 6? Did they not see the bronco player bat the ball backwards?
  15. That was both weak by enegbare to do that in the first place and to get a flag for it.
  16. In regards to the if the trade was reversed talk, I don't know if "the board" would have loved it. I think there would have been plenty of people pointing out his age, lack of pedigree, and is poor play to end the year as reasons to not like it. Before the trade my own personal thoughts about Collins was doubt he was going to return to form, but hope he wasn't as bad as he ended the season.
  17. Has anyone else seen this reporting of a 17 year old QB, turns 18 on Christmas eve, is being forced to sign a letter of intent for Tennessee by his mom/brother even though he wants to go to Ohio st? Since he is currently 17 legally he would need a parents signature on the form. This is wild to me if true. I don't see how Tennessee isn't like we are withdrawing our offer since it's clear the kid doesn't want to come here and will just back out when he's 18 anyway.
  18. The Musgrave play I'm ok with. He kind of catches it in his hands and forarms. As he's going to the ground he was it and the ball hits the ground and he slides onto his back and the ball starts sneaking out of his forearm grip until he just has it by like the tip. So to me that means he does not have full control while the ball was touching the ground and its incomplete.
  19. Ok, I've seen some discussion this morning on it and I was playing catchup so didn't spend much time while watch the game to think about it, but on the challenged catch/fumble in the first after the love pick, should that have been ruled an interception? It seems like it to me. First it was ruled a catch and thus ball didn't hit the ground, second there was nothing shown on broadcast that the ball hit the ground (the one possibility is that there was an angle that was never shown, but the replay people had it), third Williams knocks the ball out of the receivers control and comes up with it. Add that up and it feels like replay, possibly, can't say the ball hit the ground, but can say receiver didn't have control, and that Williams is the first to have possesion so interception.
  20. Now a second time replay assist is wrong. They need to fix that.
  21. Tin foil hat time they were left out to try to send a message and force their hand. Disclaimer I don't know if the ncaa cares enough to do something like this, but it would be funny if true.
  22. I was so worried watson going out of bounds was going to cost us. I would have run on that last third down as well, but I'm guessing it was probably one of those try to catch them flat-footed expecting a run type thoughts. So happy it worked out in the end though!
  23. It's relatively recent. There was a game where the giants were winning an intentionally playing with 12 men trading 5 yards for the 7 seconds of clock or so each play was taking. Rule was changed that offseason.
  24. I have been trying to figure that out and I'm pretty sure it was wrong. This is the best I can get, but at the very minimum that is not a "clear and obvious" play. I think his hand was under the ball the entire time and it never hit the ground. I think that's one the rams should have lost their challenge on.
  25. I don't know who, between the refs and bucs staff, tried to decline the 4th down intentional grounding, but wow. I say refs because they had to rediscuss it and it's possible the coaching staff was told the wrong info.
