  1. after a day of good pitching, bad pitching. i hope this isnt a theme for the whole year.
  2. does anyone have an idea of krestaludes reporteire?
  3. nothing but a hbp and a walk for odorizzi. wow. it doesnt seem as if rogers is missing by that much.
  4. good beginnings by odorizzi and scarpetta.
  5. i hope the babyfaced assassin is back for an encore
  6. i will second that wibadgers, everyday that is my favorite team in the system to follow because there is promise in lineup and the rotation
  7. im very disappointed so far in three of the guys i was waiting to see in the MW league. Bucci, Heckathorn and Howell but i realize its early so im not going to panic.
  8. all in all i think we have a fairly good problem with the infield with all players mentioned above. i wouldnt be surprised to see mcgehee at first, weeks at second, escobar at short, and green at third and gamel in right and lawrie, ? i know its not perfect and we lose pop in the order, but i wouldnt feel terrible about that infield.
  9. scooter has had a rough start to the season. 0-2 2 k's. he's one of the guys im really looking forward to following this year.
  10. but if fiers does have great control and 4 good pitches there is no reason we cant get excited about him. if he touches 89-90 as a starter im okay with that.
  11. so much for davis being a power hitter, he cant even get it out of the infield (sarcasm)
  12. i clicked on the box score on the link report for the bc game and it worked for me.
  13. rough rough first couple of innings for brevard country, ouch.
  14. does the 2008 draft appear to be a letdown at this point considering the amount of picks in the top 100ish we had (6 I believe) and the only 3 who have my confidence of the early part of that draft is Brett Lawrie, Jake-O, and Logan Schafer. Maybe it is just me.
  15. God I knew that was a dumb question. I knew the answer but I just forgot. He got injured right as he just to big league camp, correct?
  16. I feel kinda dumb asking, but which team will Logan Schafer be playing on?
  17. There was an article on the minor league forum where they talked about mike's pitching motion, I can't find it, but yes Mr. McClendon has a funky wind-up.
  18. I was just saying that big Evan said late last year he was going to go back to his high school and work on his velocity. I guess I got caught assuming that it went up and his shoulder issue caused the drop.
  19. I wonder if the slight shoulder issue for Evan was the reason his velocity wasnt up there. I'm not sure just throwing that out there as a possibility.
  20. Thanks for the info. That sucks that I will have to wait until June to get to see how he does.
