that was only a half-hearted idea. i just dont know why you wouldnt try and see what happens. i meant they bumped lawrie up and gennett is hitting better then lawrie did and gennett's defense is better then brett's. brett was also younger then scooter. i really hope it isnt because lawrie was a first rounder and gennett was a 16th rounder.

bump gennett up to AA and have him play SS. that lineup would be ridiculously dangerous.

i hate it when hitters watch strike three with two outs and the bases loaded. swing the bat if its close, who knows what can happen.

thank you x. i feel like a broken record talking about wimmers like crazy. he'll be pitching in the big leauges in my opinion by the end of the year.

and kyle was very effective only 77 pitches through 7 IP also. he reminds me of roy halladay in that he is a big righty who cause hitters to pound the ball into the ground. a small amount of strikeouts isnt always a bad thing.

ive been saying this all along, alex wimmers is my pick for the brewers. not spectacular but he will get to the big leagues fast. thats what we need more then anything. and for anyone who says hes like arnett he isnt. he is much more polished then that.

i still say alex wimmers, geez i hope he falls. he is not a one year wonder like arnett (which i did support that draft pick and i still do)

when is bucci going to get these ridiculous walk totals down? he could become a super prospect if thats the case

does anyone else wonder how good bucci could be once he limits his walk totals? i know it sounds like a broken record for some of our pitching prospects but he didnt have the control issues last year helena. i think it is amazing how low his era is considering how large his whip is.

arnett is really testing my patience. it is really nice to see gennett get another hit. its only a matter of time before he gets the bump up.

colby ive been a regular reader of 5 tool talk; i was wondering who you thought could fall to the brewers at 14? i personally like deandre smelter and zach cox. any thoughts? i know its early but im just kinda interested. -

id love to see gennett and dennis in that huntsville lineup. i dont think there would be any holes in that lineup.
