I wonder when he is going to go on the DL with a "bad hammy". Weeks needs some extended time off. He looks so lost at the plate it isn't even funny. Hard to believe he can look so bad.

What the hell does Aoki need to do to get RRR to give him some consecutive starts. I mean why bat a guy in front of Braun who has a .364 OBP when you can run a guy (Morgan) out there with a .247 OBP. As Turboricky said yesterday RRR is a dweeb. Glad to see Green and Maysonet in the lineup though. I am hoping for a lights out Yo start today, and for Lucroy to stay hot.

I don't think I have seen a pitcher give up more HR on 0-2 counts than Marco. I am pretty sure the last 3 HR he has served up have been on 0-2 counts. That can't happen.

The bullpen should be foced to stand out on the field in the rain for the entire time the game was supposed to be going on. This is a sufficient punishment for posting a 5.16 ERA as a group so far this year good for second to last in the bigs.

Sad it takes a crap load of injuries for RRR to finally put Lucroy where he belongs in the lineup.

Not sure how Hart is lazy. And it makes no sense to degrade your best trading chip by moving him out of RF. Have you seen him run or ever appear to be giving anything close to max effort?

The only way Weeks won't be hitting leadoff is if Braun is out, in which case he'll hit 3rd. That situation isn't any better. Actually, with Braun out, it's far worse. I know, but a guy can hope. I would like to see him in the two hole with Aoki leading off, but I know that won't happen. It will be be the same old crap, and more than likely the same old results. Hope I am wrong.

Interested to see what the lineup loos like tonight. Please no Weeks batting leadoff. At least the Giants best bat is out.

For all those wondering why or how the trainers let Gamel play that final out it is pretty simple. I blew out my knee when I was younger and it doesn't really hurt all that much. You feel a weird burn when the tear happens during the tweak of the knee but you can still put weight on the leg and even move around pretty well. The knee just feels really weak and loose. Gamel probably knew something wasn't quite right but he probably told the staff it wasn't all that bad and he would give it a go. All in all this is a huge blow. I am in favor of the Hart at 1st and Aoki in RF with Gomez/Morgan platoon in CF. We get an instant improvement in RF in terms of defense. Hart can go where he belongs. It only makes sense the laziest guy on the team plays the least demanding postion.

I don't think you are giving Weeks enough credit. He has posted top tier numbers for 2nd basemen the last two years. He was on pace for a career year last season before he folded his ankle in half. He hasn't been the same since. Not many 2B in the league have 30 HR power and can post a .350 plus OBP. I have faith Rickie will get back on track this year. I do think he needs to work out his problems lower in the order however. They can't afford to have zero production in the top two spots in the order any longer. -
Pretty sad when it was more enjoyable to watch my wifes co-ed softball game tonight than Yo pitching against Suppan and the Padres. I'm not delclaring this season over yet, but this team needs a Brut slap big time and quick. They are playing uninspired ball and this can't go on.

I know how the game of baseball works and I understand the game. It still doesn't change the fact they should get to Suppan early and often and it is unacceptable if they do not. If we consider them to be a team to contend for the Central then they must beat the teams they should beat and light up bad pitching. Anything less is unacceptable.
