    Except the odds are based on strength of schedule, run differential, and things like that. Not some guy who thinks the Brewers are the best team in the world. Or just fixing the 2 small holes on our team by July 31st which could have been done. He could have also added a good back up SS/IF. Doing those things we'd be seeing a completely different team right now. The Brewers were the best team in baseball with a struggling 1B and SS and Bullpen. Imagine if they found competent players for those positions a month ago. DM really screwed up and took a huge risk that could mean his job. There's no way you can as the owner only look at RR "if" we miss the playoffs due to lack of moves. No way at all. DM will officially be on the hot seat for the first time even if he isn't fired.

    I didn't even watch the game today. Ever since mlb extra innings quit being on cable or DTV I haven't been able to watch. There were some local games I got against the Reds, but I can honestly say I haven't watched a game all year. I was planning to go to the rest of the home games, but I just sold all my tickets tonight. I lowered my price on stub hub for level 1 seats to $10.00. Poof there they went. Some cards fans, cubs fans likely took them. Even if they win 90% of them they will still miss the playoffs. mlb is ******** for getting rid of mlbextra innings on cable. That was a bad move. At least I wasn't as vested in this team as all the previous years. God what you guys are going through after leading the central for 5 months then to miss the playoffs all in the month of September should have all of you drunk by now and off the wagon and royally PISSED! Btw.. Mark A will be so pissed and horrified that I'd expect a front office bombing/annihilation.

    Broxton is a month late to this team. Parra is an OF when we really needed a 1B man and a reliever back in July. Yes, DM hasn't been taking a dump and lost track of time without doing anything productive, he's been sitting on the toilet taking a dump while reading the newspaper. Ha! You get the point - the moves that needed to be made weren't made when they needed to be made and we could pay a huge price for that.

    26 games in September. Might want to adjust. They just forfeit the last 2 so they can start the off season early Hey, Just wanted to say I like you as a poster. If you ever wanted some company in Spring Training next year I'm game. I'm moving to Burbank, Ca and I can drive there.

    I'll admit I was in a state of SHOCK when DM made ZERO moves at the deadline. SHOCKED. That is inexcusable. When you see the rest of the division getting better around you then towards the end of the month your 7 game lead filters away and multiple teams are now in the race and you don't think that is a good enough reason to add a player or two to fill holes is stupidity and not like DM. DM went to take a dump and lost track of he time.

    I was betting on a mid-season big move. NOTHING happened and so I adjusted my prediction accordingly. Adding a reliever and a 1B man should have been done in June/July. This team could have been much better.

    10-16 no playoffs. Mark A is irate and DM/RR are on the chopping block.

    All because DM didn't make a move at the deadline like I said. I said it a month ago and I'll say it again that if the Brewers miss the playoffs DM should be fired. By the way you and I both know the annual fire DM thread is a coming..

    Not that cheap either. WS tix will probably go for 2 or 3 times face value on stub hub. Well worth the cost.
