    With his performance so far in spring training i would have to think that Munson has to be the clubhouse leader to be the back up. His left handed bat with power has to be intriguing, granted Yost would never use him off the bench. I haven't seen how Rottino has looked behind the plate but his versatility has to be his calling card. I still have to think that Vinny is a year away from making the team. Rivera at this point is going to be the starting AAA catcher in my opinion.

    my DVR shut off at the 58' mark on the Desmond episode. It shut off while Desmond was telling Penny that he was going to call her 8 years from now. Did anything happen after that? The biggest reveals happen in the last minute and i was ticked that i missed it.

    normally i am skeptical too, but geez the guy had a nightmare year that no one deserves. He had a horrible divorce, got fired and found out he had a life threating disease, i think he has earned some credibility.

    its an option this year in the Gameplay, you have to select Fast Forwarding.

    he had a tough year stretch a couple years back, had a messy divorce, which lead to poor play and his release from Detroit, and finally finding out he had Diabetes. I know you arent suppose to be condencending on here but it is pretty dumb to say he is faking something that has been well documented for the last couple years.

    i totally agree with the changing jobs comment. Working as a carpenter when i was younger the only way i got a raise was to change jobs. But be careful, job jumping starts to look bad to future employers like Bank said. Construction is a different game and employee roll over is high so it really didnt matter. I am now in design and have worked for 3 different companies in 2 years. I left the first for a 30% raise, 6 months in i get recruited by a company closer to home, i only got a couple dollar an hour raise but the 50% drop in gas and time on the road was well worth it. I should have been more clear, yes they cannot fire you for it, but you are going to get on the bad side from the get go if you are discussing compensation and going to your boss saying "XXXX makes more then me, that isnt fair i should be making more." Like others have said, arrange a meeting and ask for a raise, dont bring up others wages, just ask and layout your reasons why you deserve a raise.

    a couple gripes about the show, being a former 1B i made one in the game. Last year it would fast forward to any play in the infield and at bats. This year is the same except that it includes plays where you are just covering first. So about 5-10 time a game all you are doing is running over to first waiting for the ball, pretty much worthless. My second gripe would be the Accomplishments. Since you only get a couple weeks to do certain things you are forced to upgrade your player to what the manager wants not how you want to upgrade him. You end up using all your points on the two areas you are asked to improve in while you other areas decrease.

    alot of companies have policies against discussing compensation between employees for this exact reason. You are better off living with it rather then looking for a new job beyond your control. Look at it this way, it is alot easier to fire you and hire a replacement then it is to deal with several disgruntled employees led by you.

    - The movie UHF with Weird AL, so many great lines "STUPID, YOUR SO STUPIDDD!!" - The NFL draft (by my wife and most of the guys on here wives.) - cream filled dough nuts. Nothing worse then when someone has the bring dough nuts in and they bring in bagels.

    U2 - i can honestly say that there isnt a song by them that i like Phish - I dont get it at all, maybe because i dont smoke pot Frisbee Golf - See above Boob Jobs or Juco Transfers - to me there are like Fine China, to be looked at but not touched Drinking/getting drunk - never have, never apealed to me. You end up being a jag and waste tons of money. Erin Andrews - Ok looking. Her hotness can be equated to being the tallest midget. See two above also. Vegetables - other then corn they all taste horrible. I have a ton more but hitting a wall here.

    I was a carpenter(foreman) for 8 years, i have done everything from start to finish, minus plumbing, electrical and HVAC(which i now design for).     I ate more then my fair share in my 4 years of school. My wife being the elitist that she is has never eaten them and will not allow me to buy them, so its been years since i ate them. Chicken and Beef were my favs.

    As someone who is 6'1 and a svelt 250 i speak for all fat people when I say that we are very disapointed in Prince. As for baseball we are happy, as for food thats another story.

    grad from UWW in 2000, worked construction for 4 years after that and then went back to school for a designer degree. There really isnt that much of a difference you will notice other then the fact of how stupid and arrogant 18-19 yr old kids can be about the real world.

There are so many variables that go into them that unless you really narrowing it down you are comparing apples and oranges. A catchers throwing percentage is another good example of this. Any catcher is going to have a great throwing percentage with Cappy on the mound. When Sheets is on the mound, Ivan Rodriguez wouldn't throw out alot of runner.

    They are going to hide behind the employee privacy act. I cant remember who said it, but i heard them talking about blood testing and made it clear that they are worried about the PED they would find but the other drugs and what they would be able to do with that info. There is going to be alot of work needed in order to get blood testing into the next agreement.

    the players union will never allow blood testing. It really isnt the steroids that they are worried about it is the fact that MLB would have the blood of the players and they are worried about MLB testing it for other drugs.
