  1. En route to Turnblowing another game, Ned Yost showed me two reasons why he is not an above average manager. The two reasons are 1) Turnbow and 2) Jenkins. I know Ned watches the games, I see him watching the games. So why can't he see the things everyone else sees?
  2. I'm gonna be sick. I put tooooooo much stock in this team's success. C'mon TBow, ease my pain!!!
  3. Nice 7 pitch inning for DD. I have to go to a meeting for an hour now, the Crew better be wrapping this one up when I get back!!
  4. I agree 100%. No way Barnpoor should have been batting there.
  5. Miller or Rivera, it doesn't matter. It's nice to finally have two options.
  6. sheethead, any way to show what you posted? id be curious to see a little more of that thread as well. The thread is titled Bonds is a quiet warrior and is in the Giants talk category. I thought I was in the BALCO category, but I was mistaken. That is probably why the admin did not like it. I don't think my post is there anymore, but warrior/hero Bonds is not.
  7. ...when he has never been convicted of it. This statement reflects my point. Dare I mention OJ? Don't you think they're sick of hearing about how Bonds did steroids from everyone, especially fans from other teams? If I was one of the apologists then I would be sick of it. However, I would like to think that I am not that blind, and therefore would welcome the criticism (kind of like the Bad Chad criticism was welcoming to me).
  8. This is how sad the Giants Virtual Forum is for fans: I posted a non-vulgar reply to a BALCO BARRY apologist thread that simply pointed out Barry's choice to use roids, and now I have been banned by an admin. Talk about a warped reality out there with their big headed "hero." My sister lives in the city and she is brainwashed as well. Oh well, I guess it could have happened here also.
  9. I wonder if Darron and Bill know that Oswalt pitched the 10th inning today and got the loss after giving up a PooHoles homer.
  10. At least Hall didn't K, he has almost caught up to Jenkins in 30 less ABs (88 for Hall, 91 for Jenks).
  11. It cannot be said often, but that 3-4-5 hitter inning for the Crew was pathetic.
  12. Looks like Crappyan brought his meatballs to the park today. Now a walk and... meatball anyone?
  13. This game is almost 2.5 hours long and only starting the 7th, complete opposite pace of last night.
  14. I can't believe Prince swung at that, ugly.
  15. http://milwaukee.brewers.mlb.com/images/2006/06/12/fLaJHt4a.jpghttp://www.madison.com/images/articles/tct/2005/05/03/15426_thumb.jpg Hit him in the face!!!
  16. 26 innings of shutout ball against the Cubs this year. Cappy, fantastic way to kick off Take Back Miller Park weekend.
  17. Prince is trying to pull everything lately, and it is looking really ugly. When he was hitting in the .300's, he was hitting opposite field with regularity.
  18. The park is crowded, but still plenty of Scrub fans. Probably more Brewer fans this time though.
  19. What a deal Aramis Ramirez is for the Cubs. 2006 Salary: $11,000,000
  20. Stranded a runner on third in each of the first three innings. Tough fight with Perez, but Cappy won it.
  21. Nomar and A.J. win the Final Vote. Poopy.
  22. Happy day, Cappy day!! Wish I was going to the game.
