    I really don't know why Yost didn't walk Floyd, and let Aquino pitch to Lee. Defies the logic I have become used to.

    Gross didn't try to move the runners over. He tried to bunt for a hit the second pitch. Don't think there was any intention of a sacrifice. Ahhh... okay, so much for that reasoning. Now I have nothing, still confused and inning later.

    Braun has to be close to getting a call up. Even if he makes an error every other game, he will drive in more runs than he costs. Spare the pitch counts a little, but small price to pay to add another bat to the lineup. 3B bat is dormant, no matter which 50 year old Yost trots out there.

    From looking at the pitch-by-pitch, it looks like Yost sent Gross up there to sacrifice. This could be why he did not pull him, all he wanted GG to do was advance the runners. It would have been interesting to see if that was successful, would he have let Counsel bat? GG should never face lefties, everevereverevereverever.

    Ryan Braun needs to be playing third base immediately. I completely agree, its getting painfull to watch two pitchers bat 8 and 9.
