  1. This matchup looks like a Brewer slaughter on paper. That is why I am predicting a win.
  2. I agree that consipiracy theories are usually fabricated illusions. The NBA story is not really a conspiracy theory as much of an individual breaking the rules. I don't think dad was calling anyone in particular stupid, rather than conspiracy theories in general. The facts is the Brewers are not playing good baseball. If there is a consipiracy it's Fielder's attitude. This has nothing to do with the schedule, and to hear the manager blame the schedule for his team's suckitude so far this year is just another reason for me to visit the Yost is Toast thread.
  3. I know how you feel, except my indignation is with the manager.
  4. Yost plays it the opposite (plays for one run early when tied or losing), can't blame Rickie.
  5. Because rickie can't bunt well. And I am equally concerned with Rickie sucking in the lead off position as I am with Fielder sucking.
  6. If McClung and Parra can step up and be serviceable #3s, I can see some silver lining there.
  7. Even in victory this team makes me puke. Not a good sign.
  8. Unfortunately, following the Brewers this year has become a giant waste of time. I hate hating baseball before Memorial Day.
  9. Good thing the Brewers battled back into this one only to let their manager throw it away on a lengthy appearance by Zach Jackson. Edit: Give a solid assist to the defense, but a switch should have been made with Gomez at the plate.
  10. 3 runs on 12 hits and 5 walks is asinine. This team is the definition of rally killer. Webster needs to update their dictionary.
  11. This team has done an excellent job of hitting when it doesn't matter tonight. Mike Cameron has been a big disappointment for me so far, and Hardy continues to light it up with the bases empty.
  12. Might be because he is starting to look like he is pulling a Sheffield. Having Boras as a agent doesn't help. And his clubhouse comments lately have been all but inspiring with respect to his attitude.
  13. I am going to blame this on the slide. The wheels have just come completely off the track.
  14. There goes the no hitter. Oh well, now Prince is off the hook.
  15. ...and so, who would you start? I saw this coming, and I don't have an answer. But if you are throwing out a starter with the intention of giving him 4+ innings and a ridiculously low pitch count, whats the point?
  16. That is awesome news. So tell me again why Ned is giving McClung the start?
  17. 3 innings of no hit ball, WTG Dave Bush!!
  18. Boston has no place for Prince, and Gamel is going to replace Prince once he gets traded.
  19. Prince is making that $670K look more and more fair every day.
  20. I was terrified that it was going to cost us another pitcher on the DL with a torn ACL. Prince sucks at defense. And his offense has been pretty pedestrian for a 1B. When does he start to enter the "trade bait" arena of discussion?
  21. What is this ESPN and why do they have a website? As for the game tonight, its pretty much a guaranteed loss right? If the Brewers do find a way to win and get a road sweep in PNC, I will wear all my clothes inside out tomorrow. Good thing I have off of work, just in case a miracle happens http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif
  22. I will not celebrate this nor does it make me happy http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif
