  1. As hard as it is to actually put into practice, I always figure it's best not to dwell on stuff like this until it becomes really clear and obvious that things aren't going to work out in the long run. Be confident and optimistic (but not oblivious), because things will probably never feel right if there's a constantly a nagging sense of doubt in the back of your mind. Just take things slowly and don't rush a decision.
  2. Why is it necessary for the name 'Lloyd' to have two L's in it?
  3. Heck, just send her the link to this thread; it's littered with specifics.
  4. Am I the only one who gets screeching static in place of the intended audio when trying to view the videos?
  5. Right Field Bleachers interviewed her a while back, which has a few answers. She seems pretty good, so I'm happy with the addition.
  6. No Playdoh or Elmer's Glue? Anyways, I'm throwing together some half-assed chart that I hope will slightly appease my crazy professor when I go in to discuss my thesis revision tomorrow afternoon. Probably gonna watch some basketball, and revel in the fact that House is back on TV (albeit an old episode).
  7. 1. Ultimate Frisbee 2. Soccer 3. Racquetball 4. Volleyball 5. Baseball/Softball
  8. I'm not very picky about my music and I don't really have anything insightful too say; but that's my favorite genre and I enjoyed the album immensely. Excellent job.
  9. I have no qualms about writing them off.
  10. I hate to do this to you, Kat, but it looks like the title actually came from the blog that is linked.
  11. This game is going to be fun to watch.
  12. Gangs (and drugs) are definitely not absent in suburbs.
  13. Something tells me Braun would not have made that anywhere as close as Hall did.
  14. Already mentioned here.
  15. Usually it's the Cardinals, but with the new GM among other things, they look like they're not going to be worth following this year. And as of late, I've started to develop a bit of a curiosity in the Rays.
  16. It's still around.
  17. Next year, I'll celebrate April Fools Day by going all 'bull in a china shop' with the board settings and random bannings. Sure, it'll cause all kinds of problems and take weeks to clear up, but damn if we won't be able to all look back on it together and laugh.
  18. The Dugout is pretty good and entertaining. And the newest one is on Eric Gagne.
  19. It's pretty much a dead heat, but right now Chasing Cars (Snow Patrol) barely beats out Paper Boats (Nada Surf), Tonight Tonight (Smashing Pumpkins), and Come On! Feel The Illinoise! (Sufjan Stevens).
