Today is a nice respite with some variety on MLB.TV. For the last week every half inning had consisted of: Capital One, where they pretend kids are interested in their "Bank Guy" on a career day and don't care about Derek Jeter or an astronaut. Gatorade, where they try to convince us salted sugar water with artificial coloring is an innovative, healthy drink. -
As a run scoring strategy, I prefer hitting one ball out of the park over hoping to hit three singles in an inning.

Moving Turang mid-season should be a non-starter, especially after the arm issues in spring training. Seigler is intriguing due to his versatility. If they ever bite the bullet and put Contreras on the IL he could slide in as the backup catcher as well. That doesn't solve for SS, but there just isn't a good 2025 option in the organization.
