  1. Big boost for the bullpen, [BIG] if he can stay healthy.
  2. Glad he finally made it (though unfortunately with the Cubs). Long road with the injuries, and mostly pitching in the PCL from the time we traded him until the Cubs acquired him last month.
  3. Here's the Bryse Wilson who couldn't even get hitters out in AAA all year. Going to need a fake IL stint for him or Pannone to get Stallings back up. And DL Hall's return can't come soon enough.
  4. Bring on Bryce the Innings Eater.
  5. 33 and 27 on the season respectively. Ragsdale with 15 and Adamczewski 14. That kind of pop sounds very fun.
  6. Another nice outing for Henderson. Fresh pen, take it home.
  7. Acquiring a bat and dumping Yelich onto the IL would be ideal. But I guess the back only acts up when he's playing well.
  8. Turang in the 1 spot instead of Yelich resulted in a pair there.
  9. Nifty double play. Nice fielding from Henderson.
  10. There might be a team willing to give a middling prospect on the condition we eat the remaining $68 million or so owed on that contract.
  11. Good thing about west coast games is I can just go to bed now.
  12. Doesn't help Sproat that he might as well just stay out there since we're done hitting about a minute after he gets to the dugout.
  13. 111 mph rocket, luckily right at Turang and Turang able to handle it. Sproat is a rough watch.
  14. They can't even catch a fly ball for the position player.
  15. Given their park, it's surprising Colorado would construct such a terrible defensive roster.
  16. Making the move from Badger Mutual Insurance Runs to Chafin-Proofing Runs.
  17. I swear every homer from Vaughn is hit to that same spot.
  18. I don't know how to feel about 7-8-9 being my favorite part of the lineup.
  19. Would rather DFA McCullers over optioning Yoho or DFAing Wilson when Hall is activated in a few days.
  20. It was an ok watch. My first reaction was to wonder why they're bothering to play a 3 inning game, but by the end I was hoping it wouldn't go any longer.
  21. Sheets seems to be more durable now than his playing days. Was rare for him to pitch 2/3 of an inning without getting hurt.
  22. Hope it's not like the home run derby last year where the team looked uninterested in starting early to accommodate the post-game event and laid a total egg.
  23. Joey bails us out again. Not sure he's the hitter they should try to freeze with an 0-2 fastball down the middle.
  24. Sanchez has gone 3 innings without losing a challenge. Sproat must be missing very big.
  25. Seems like it. Wouldn't expect Perkins going down and going light in the outfield. Pity as Shewmake has been useful enough that I'd like to see a little more before needing to DFA him.
