Woodruff with another good start throwing all three pitches for strikes. Braun has a good game for once... what's going on?

Come on now...Grandal, Moustakas, Gamel, Thames, Guerra, Anderson, oh and that guy who just had one of the best Aprils in MLB history. I agree that many players are playing poorly and there are real problems on this team, especially pitching. But this is just too much. I think we expect Yelich to be ridiculous at this point... I don't think any of the others listed have exceeded expectations. Moustakas has been himself, Grandal for 18 million is expected to produce and apparently I'm the only one who thought Gamel was an excellent addition. Anderson had an amazing season two years ago and was very good last year as well.... I don't think it's a stretch to say a few have met expectations and most have severely underachieved.

More Ben Gamels and less arcia/perez/braun. As with the pitching needing less throwers we need less free swingers. I'm not knocking swinging outside of baseball, mind you.

Need more pitchers, fewer throwers. That's the start-but half the position players have been terrible too. Hopefully some one joins Aguilar in the trying not to suck parade.

Sure would be nice to have a second guy outside of Davies that exceeded expectations. It's saying a lot, to be positive-that nearly every guy in that clubhouse is considerably worse than they should be so far.

At what point do you make a move for some right handed hitting? 28 games in for braun and Aguilar isn’t just “they’ll get better” territory when they’re supposed to be the main ciontrivutors against LHP. Disgusting

I shouldn’t have been joking before the season that there’s no way our hitting could stink up the joint anymore with so many current and past all stars. Year after year the hitting is frustrating. At least the pitching is trying to match them this year.

With Vizcaino hurt I would bet on Kimbrel ending up on the Braves. You can't bring up Kimbrel on this forum. I was told the topic is boring and unnecessary. Fight the power. The powers that be will only temporarily shut you up until they realize it's an actual need. But they won't admit it.

I like how even the Dodgers likely 7th-8th best starter will like dominate the crew again today. Would be nice to have an extra 200 million around.

The Dodgers are tough and a difficult match up for the Brewers. Probably the best team in the NL. A split in this series would be great IMO. Since they should have known the Dodgers were their main competition, getting a couple righties to hit all their lefties would seem like a logical move. Obviously the Dodgers knew we'd be awful against lefties and added talent. There's a lot of time left, but I think our weaknesses are showing real nice and shiny-like.

Aguilar has been terrible for over half a season now. I’d boo that they keep putting him out there. Braun and Aguilar have both been bad. If they continue, we need to move for some RH hitting because the Dodgers will literally sweep us with all their LHP. It was a fear of most going into the season and it looks worse than previously imagined.

Would be nice if our rh bAts in the lineup actually hit LHP.

Are we already in the Cain/ Yelich/ Grandal and everybody else offense? I thought braun was going to be better this year?
