I’d say one or two more starts for Burnes. Can’t just let him drown out there every five days. I really didn’t see him struggling anywhere near this level
-
boy this pitching staff sure stinks. BOOOOOOOO
-
Shhh. You can’t question braun during in game threads. I don’t know why. Also, when do we start the Davies eating crow thread?
-
He was a grown man! I had some one actually get mad at that the other day... I see Jesus as I want to ma'am!
-
Thank the sweet baby jesus. Can we get some damn starting pitching tomorrow?
-
Wilson would look good as a 4th/5th option... this makes me extremely nervous
-
I would say it’s now ok to panic about this teams pitching. Yuck.
-
Hopefully there’s a refocus for tomorrow... it seemed like “we’re not facing the central so let’s try to pull everything”. Even Lorenzo was hacking. Off night. Let’s go bowling dude
-
Ok. let's not discuss chase anderson ever starting again.
-
Followed by the normal caveman hack at a brekkaball
-
We're taking the easy ones and hacking at the bad pitches. One of those nights I guess
-
boy those were ugly AB's from Braun and Yelich. You don't see Yelich hacking with two strikes very much.
-
Can Jesus not be anywhere near the middle of the lineup if he starts? Are the advanced stats telling us he hasn't been as awful as meets the eye?
-
I noticed that too. Apparently he really likes to swing and miss if that wasn't obvious
-
I didn't realize Baez ever took a walk
-
Maybe a nice comebacker for "no rivalry" hamels tonight and an 8-9 earned runs, 2+ inning performance.
-
I'll take our lineup everyday against theirs. If you're locating your pitches they don't do well. Lots of fastball down the middle types.
-
You can complain about them, the complaints just need some sort of basis in fact. When you just make up random crap with no data backing it up people should complain. I agree with you, but we don't exactly live in a world of facts anymore. See politics.
-
Looks Like i've joined another "you can't complain about the brewers during these threads" because we're doing well and did well last year. I guess that's a sign we're a successful team.
-
Perez strikes out too fast for the camera crew to catch up.
-
Maybe besides that Luis Gonzalez world series winner off Rivera Agreed. I mostly just have a sudden hate for Bote after his nonsense extension and cubs fans thinking he is amazing as a result. Talk about covering not signing anybody by extending their version of Perez for 15 million.
-
That Bote hit was quite possibly the weakest hit ever.
-
glad he worked through it! Let's make it more comfortable tomorrow!
-
can't keep winning every game by one run. Hopefully Hader works through this
