Yeah, it's honestly way better than just a flat concrete space, there are hotels, a brewery, a concert venue, couple restaurants and a bunch of office space for our corporate overlords.
have you seen what they've done in Pittsburgh? It used to be a sea of concrete between PNC Park and Heinz field, and over the last 12 years they've built up half of it (and built garages to account for the loss of parking), and its actually awesome before/after games. the little star is showing where the old street view sees the football stadium back in 2008. now theres a giant hotel
This is why I wouldnt trade Peralta. Everyone is ready to move on from the return from a better arm, I can't imagine what this place would be like of a lesser return. Better to let him walk after next year and take a risk with a draft pick in 2027/28 depending whenever he actually signs.
I loved this season, I felt it from the start of the year, it was going to be special. And it was. The future is bright! Will we win 97? Maybe! Will we have a fun team to watch? Most definitely! Will we improve? I believe it!!
Let's gooooo!!!!!!
I would love Cruz! He's lost in Pittsburgh, but I don't think they trade him, and I think everyone here would lose their mind with how often he strikes out 🤣
