I hate losing a game like Saturday but it wasn't torture for me. It was a great baseball game. Wish we were on the other side of it but I thoroughly enjoyed it. Hoping for more Brewers playoff games because this has been an absolute treat.

I'd never complain about not using Jeffress for multiple innings, NEVER! I love the enthusiasm!

And if he brings in Soria and he gives up runs, people complain about not using Jeffress in the 8th. No win situation. Players just need to start doing their jobs.

This is what happens when you let season seat holders buy four seats apiece for all games. Congrats on the “sell out” but you know all tickets won’t actually get used. People aren’t buying the secondary market hard and I don’t blame them.

Is Goldschmidt that much better than Aguilar that it would be worth giving up Jesus's control plus probably more for one year of Goldy? IMO, yes. Aguilar’s regression candidacy started happening this year already. Goldschmidt is a bat that transforms lineups much like adding Cain and Yelich did this season. You could have your 1-3 of the lineup getting on base at a 38-40% rate. Wow, would that be fun to watch. -
The guy has one year left (team option) at $14.5M. You want a bat to stick after Yelich? It’s this guy. Cain Yelich Goldschmidt Shaw Braun Moustakas Pina Arcia

If you’re a top end QB, do you really want to come to Wisconsin? Your talents will be shoved aside by a 1970’s playbook that incorporates a few jet sweeps. If I’m Graham Mertz, I’m looking elsewhere.

This is how I view it too. Nothing much to play for. Loses the seasons luster. I’ll sell my tickets for the Illini game [sarcasm](to Illini fans of course)[/sarcasm] because I’d rather stick that money towards the Crew or a Packer game that means something.

It’s all how they went about selling tickets. All “sold out” last Monday. Then released tickets day before games with prices jacked up and no announcement of it.

And that is all we need. Get one of them and bring the series back to Milwaukee. We've been pretty good on the road this year. It ain't over yet... No....unfortunately 1 in LA will NOT be enough...It HAS to be 2, so you get two chances at home to win 1 game...if you only win 1 in LA then you are forced to win both at home, that's a tall task. That's why losing this game was SO huge and why i said the series is over [sarcasm]Solid reasoning.[/sarcasm]

Bought a couple of rotisserie chickens from Pick n Save too. They had buy two for $10. I’ll use the other for chicken noodle soup. Win- win.
