  1. Need this free throw like no other.
  2. Screw that.
  3. This feels like separation time for the Nets. The Bucks don’t really have anyone to rely on other than Giannis and he’s probably not enough. Hope I’m wrong. Just feels like the actual stars of the Nets are going to take over.
  4. Jrue might as well be Bledsoe.
  5. Middleton needs to get going badly.
  6. Didn’t see the Bucks having a lead heading to the 4th quarter.
  7. Going to be fun watching the Nets just make free throws to win game 7.
  8. Some brutal calls in this game. I don’t watch enough to know if this is how it is always called but yikes.
  9. Is Manny Pina finished? I think I’d rather see Nottingham be the backup at this point. Unsure if he’s with us now or not but he maybe provides some pop at least.
  10. I don’t think being the underdog in a game 7 applies myself.
  11. Is there a breakdown of what their batting average is by month?
  12. I mean, Yelich smoked a ball that the CF made a diving, probably game-saving, play on.
  13. I don't see a game 7 loss as crushing in this situation. The Nets are supposed to be the better team here. IF the Bucks end up knocking them off and moving on, awesome. If they lose, well it isn't like they're playing some terrible team.
  14. If Jose Ramirez is available, and his contract truly is team options with no early outs, you go make that deal with the remaining chips we have. 1. Wong- 2B 2. Ramirez- 3B 3. Yelich- LF 4. Garcia- RF 5. Narvaez- C 6. Vogelback- 1B 7. Adames- SS 8. Cain/JBJ/Taylor- CF Bench: Pina, Urias, Robertson, Taylor/JBJ/Cain And now you have something to go along with a very good pitching staff. If any other upgrades, it'd be to help extend the pen at least one more arm.
  15. I don’t really want to pay another guy $16M to be a part time player for the next couple of seasons. It was a great move not to sign him and it’s a better move to find a different option.
  16. I just don’t understand how a sport can have lifetime bans on players for certain issues but turn a blind eye to other cheating issues. It’s a bit crazy. The best hitter of all time won’t be in the HOF but pitchers blatantly always doing these things hasn’t been an issue. Crazy.
  17. Villar had a .261/.315/.377 slash line for us in '18. Not great but I would take if over half the guys in our lineup today. Agreed on Villar. I always thought that trade was stupid as I felt Villar was a much better fit due to his versatility, speed, etc. I was around a buddy recently who knows someone that works in the clubhouse during those years and supposedly, Villar was an absolute ass face in regards to how he treated people.
  18. He is good. The problem is that he’s going to be paid to be great.
  19. Good thing that shutouts still only count as one loss. I think we will be alright.
