  1. Condescending like you know the future of any of these players or how the season would've played out. While I list three pitchers that were picked up for cheap this season that possibly could have helped our season. One of which I was told by another poster that he was done, finished. So I guess the future doesn't always come true.
  2. I would be interested to see how many manufactured runs occurred last year CLE vs CHI. Your right HR or bust. Very intelligent, how about the Royals Cards Giants ? Ever heard of them? Way to base your argument off of one series, one year. Nationals a power team, how have they fared past few years in playoffs. I know bunting and moving runners over isnt "cool" but neither is hitting HRs all season to get into the playoffs were your face 1s 2s and good 3s and getting shutdown. Ummm... excuse yourself. I wasn't writing what I did to call you out. I was genuinely interested because YOU brought it up. Learn how to respond to people without this crap.
  3. And please stop telling people that asking for small ball is wrong and that your opinion is right. In the playoffs you need to manufacture runs, your faces top pitching talent. I would be interested to see how many manufactured runs occurred last year CLE vs CHI.
  4. 1. Pat Neshek 2. San Dyson 3. Sergio Romo And there may be more.... Could've helped this season. Bullpen was a whiff this year for the most part from Stearns. Hope he learns in his young age.
  5. How is Torres still on this roster? How. Just how.
  6. Yeah I went through this yesterday with a couple guys who were just looking for an argument. It's pretty hard to truly believe in this team when the stats over 75% of the season show they just don't have it in them to comeback very often or at all.
  7. Yep. What a wasted opportunity it would be for the Brewers to not give this special arm a chance at the rotation. There's many scouts who don't believe he'll ever be a starter. It all depends what the Brewer scouts believe. If they don't believe irs going to happen, they may see it as a waste of time, resources and productivity to continue going forward with it right now. I'm not opposed to trying. Obviously he's much more valuable if be can make it as a high end starter. But the Chris Sale projections are really optimistic. He's got a much higher probability of being a Miller than a Sale. With this way of thinking we may never find the next elite arm. Not saying it's your line but the example you provided.
  8. Gotta try to make him Chris Sale first. If that doesn't work, then Miller. Yep. What a wasted opportunity it would be for the Brewers to not give this special arm a chance at the rotation.
  9. Love all the negativity towards Villar and especially Garza. Works five innings allowing only a run. It's what a 5th starter does. Nice job boys.
  10. Glad to see Braun in there with a day off tomorrow.
  11. I would have to agree with you. Josh Hader is a legit bullpen force when on. I will pitch him against anyone in the majors when he can locate his pitches just a little bit. Not disagreeing with either of you but was tonight the beginning of seeing Hader as more of the 7th inning man? He got four outs and pitch count in the 20's so maybe it's CC's feeling to get him out to possible use tomorrow?'
  12. That throw just earned Perez a lifetime supply of swinging at first pitches.
  13. 1st page Never called the game. Nothing wrong with anything I said here. Wrong again.
  14. 1st page of an IGT Yep, taken out of context because I'm at a game and Braun can't find the lineup because he "needs" his days off. Has nothing to do with calling a game over because of the actual in game play. Braun was red hot and was benched. It was simply ridiculous in a pennant race. Barking up the wrong tree man. Oh and he's slumped ever since.
  15. Calling someone out when they are/were wrong is one thing, I'm completely good with that. Trying to scold them like they are your children is another (especially when most here and completely guilty of a reaction themselves). Just too funny really over a nothing-burger of a comment. Especially after last nights IGT. You do realize your constant "well this is over" type comments ever time the Brewers are losing is annoying for everyone right? Especially in the 5th inning when it's a one run game Please. Please show these constant "well this is over" comments... please?!? Give me a flipping break buddy. I just rolled through 10 pages of my posts and other than a comment about Torres (and come on, it's Torres) coming in and that basically being it, there is jack squat. My gawd... ridiculous.
  16. Thats fine. That is how the in game threads usually work. Many people make posts on quick reactions and you will pay if you are wrong. I do it from time to time. It is usually a risky venture to make reactionary predictions in the IGT. Calling someone out when they are/were wrong is one thing, I'm completely good with that. Trying to scold them like they are your children is another (especially when most here and completely guilty of a reaction themselves). Just too funny really over a nothing-burger of a comment. Especially after last nights IGT.
  17. I was kind of hoping that Hader would be kept to go long tomorrow if Garza doesn't have it again. I'll be interested to see what the plan is there if that happens.
  18. Just glad Shaw finally had to replace the red batting gloves.
  19. Going by the numbers, it is a little bit Never seen something so small, blown into something so silly. A one run lead is something so small...and you turned it into something so silly like the game was likely over. I cannot wait to pick apart your silly reactions. lol hilarious

  22. If Braun doesn't get a guy in from 3rd, I really will be going to bed. Start earning those big bucks!
