  1. I have a feeling that Bad Cappy is on the mound today.
  2. I was responding to Hoffy's accusation that ned turned the game from a laugher into a panic. I just don't see how bringing in your best reliever has anything to do with that.
  3. Give me a break Hoffy. Wise has been the Brewers best reliever all season long. And last I checked, we still won the game.
  4. The Milwaukee Brewers keep finding ways to make their fans miserable. Yes, we won this game, but they didn't have to scare the dickens out of us in the process!
  5. Good God. Why does this team have to make every single game interesting?
  6. I have zero faith in any of our relievers not named Matt Wise. I was glad to see him in there. Besides, he only threw 8 pitches, so it worked out pretty well.
  7. I agree. For the hardcore fans like us this game kills. But for the casual observer games like this are good for business. The casual fan will watch/go to the park if he/she thinks that they will be entertained.
  8. These are the kind of games that sting until you win the again. Yuck! And why oh why can we not get that clutch hit in the bottom of the 9th?
  9. How is this game Yost's fault? We had a 6-run lead and the bullpen simply had a meltdown. Relax. Over the course of a 162-game season really horrible things happen to a team.
  10. All that I can say is that sometimes crap like this happens.
  11. I was out on the golf course so I did not see Lee's second HR, but according to Ueck and Jim it was an absolute bomb. How far did that fly?
  12. ...sports forum on the Internet? The discussion is insightful, the posters are not hypersensitive, trolls are non-existent, and the moderators do an excellent job keeping things under control. Man, am I happy I found this place!
  13. The problem with Brainard is that he is not butter. If his delivery were more smooth he would be solid. He should take classes on that.
  14. The pen is certainly making this game interesting.
  15. I like this new brand of Brewers baseball that I have been seeing over the past three games. While I would like to see Sheets and Ohka pitching, you cannot deny that 8-7 wins and 7-6 games in the bottom of the 7th are a heck of a lot of fun.
  16. This was BY FAR the Brewers most exciting game of the season. Perhaps we'll be able use this game to springboard us all the way to the World Series!!!
  17. Please allow me to change my underpants...
  18. Turnbow scares the heck outta me. That said, let's salvage the split!!!
  19. While this has been an entertaining game for the average spectator, for a Brewers fan like me it has been frustrating. As soon as we tie the game the Cubs take the lead right back. On top of that we finally get Sheets some run support and he gives up 6 runs. Yuck.
  20. No he did not. Lee did not rush the throw in and the relay hit the runner before it got to Moeller.
  21. I hope we win this game, but if we don't I will not feel bad for Sheets.
  22. Oh...My...Goodness!!! June 24th: Never Forget!
  23. Son of a biscuit. Oh well, we still have 4 innings to make up 1 run.
