Haurdicourt doesnt see Stearns giving up Brinson for Yelich since we didnt give him up for Gray or Quintana.
-
Definitely agree with you guys. Yelich Villar Braun Shaw Santana Thames Pina Arcia I would that lineup! Then add Arrieta... Arrieta Anderson Davies Chacin Woodruff Hello playoffs!
-
Brinson is Marlins target... MLBTR just updated Yelich story.
-
How many times has Yelich posted a 30/30 season? Heck how many times has he even done one of those? Brinson is also far and away the superior defender. If Brinson can make enough contact to hit 270-280, he'll be light years ahead of Yelich and a legit superstar. And when has Brinson? I dont understand.
-
Hell yes! Add Yelich, then sign Arrieta, Lynn or Cobb.
-
Damnit!! Well let's go add Lynn or Cobb to the rotation, add Oh to the bullpen and Walker to the lineup then call it any offseason. I'm content with this roster... Rotation Anderson Lynn or Cobb Davies Chacin Woodruff Nelson to DL Bullpen Knebel Hader Oh Logan Barnes Jeffress Suter or Gallardo Lineup Walker Thames Braun Shaw Santana Phillips Pina Arcia Bench Vogt Villar Sogard Perez Broxton This 25 man roster can compete!

HighHeat any updates on the trade front?

Brewers Free Agent Signing Prediction Thread
DR28 replied to Eye Black's topic in Transaction Rumors & Proposals
Agreed, I would love to add Lynn. Anderson Lynn Davies Chacin Woodruff -
I'm getting on board with the Indians trade then signing Cain. Cain Thames Braun Shaw Kipnis Pina Phillips Arcia Anderson Salazar Davies Chacin Woodruff Yea losing Santana is gonna hurt... But I like this team!
-
He's headed to Chicago isnt he...
-
HighHeat said probably not til Wednesday or Thursday.
-
HighHeat, any update on Yu?
-
Source? I havent seen anything on that.
-
Good! Hopefully we have resolution soon.
-
Is trade A the trade that may not happen until Wednesday or Thursday? Yes. Ok awesome, thanks! How likely do you think it is to happen?

Is trade A the trade that may not happen until Wednesday or Thursday?
-
If it's true there are dominoes involved and it's a one time deal, I won't get my hopes up for anything to happen. We're the Brewers, we're destined for disappointment. Do you not trust Stearns knows what he's doing or something?
-
I thought so. But if we get Abreu, wouldnt be a need for Thames and Aguilar... Thames would become a bench bat, I guess.
-
Damn Rollie, I hope you're right! I'd trade Santana to get Abreu. Adding Abreu and Darvish would be insane. I believe we were in on Jose when he was eligible to be signed, correct?
-
So trade Brinson or Santana, sign Cain and Darvish. Holy **** if true!!
-
HighHeat has said, according to his club source... Braun isnt going anywhere.
-
Trade may not happen till Wednesday or even Thursday. Contract issues. Can you tell us who's involved?
-
Cant help but think of how good Yu has been before WS, I would love to add him. I know he's not consider an ACE, but definitely the TOR pitcher we need so everyone in the rotation now can be knocked down a peg. Darvish Nelson (When he comes back) Anderson Davies Chacin Woodruff/Suter That's definitely a competing rotation!!
-
Seems like I maybe know something. Not a lot according to my wife though. Any other details of what's going down you can share?
-
Who would be a AL 2B we would be trading for?
