    The Punk news is really sad, but I totally get where he is coming from. I will miss watching him perform, one of the best ever. His 434 day title reign with Heyman was some of the best heel work I have ever seen, classic stuff.

    Yeah it is unfortunate. BP tried to find a different weekend when I let them know that, but it got to a point where nothing else really worked and I told BP to just do what they had to do.

    Thanks TooLiveBrew, the sad thing is I have a wedding that I am standing up in that weekend so I won't even be able to enjoy it with everyone. But I am sure it will be great, hope to hear all about from everyone.

    The Bernie's Crew podcast from the guys at Disciples of Uecker has been re-branded the Disciples of Uecker podcast. First episode is now up, good stuff. Pretty bummed that The Baseball Show w/ Rany and Joe has come to end. Maybe my favorite weekly baseball podcast.

    Wanted Loney after Hart fell through. Now that Loney has fallen through I don't have much interest in Ike Davis unless he comes at a low trade cost. So I guess sink or swim with Morris or Juan/Halton platoon. Damn I wanted Hart back.

    I always liked Ax, but I think the Brewers feel they have enough good in house options. If they sign a free agent will probably be a new player not an old hand.

    I am actually pretty optimistic. I feel the offense will be really good like it was in 11' and 12'. It comes down to the pitching again. We need the pre 2013 Gallardo, current Lohse, an improved mature Peralta, a full healthy season from Estrada and one of the young guys to strongly grab that #5 spot. Bullpen is kind of a tossup, but if they are about what they were in 13' I like them. All that adds up to at least a team that can contend.

    Still early in the planning process, but the two dates that are closely being looked at per Joe at BP are Saturday May 10th or Sunday May 11th vs the Yankees for the event. In addition to the Q&A with BP staff and Brewers Front Office members and the game, a possible tailgate is being discussed. More details to follow. Spread the word.

    According to my season seat holder info, any 20 pack or full season holder gets one bobble per account.

    Agreed, if a package for Braun didn't START with those three players I would be very upset. I do not want Braun traded, but if they did for anything less than those three players plus, I would probably ask for a re-fund on my 20 pack as I would have lost all faith in this organization.

    Gomez was the only repeat I would be okay with. Pretty disappointed in another Aoki. If we don't get at least one or two classic players who have never had a full size bobble before I am going to be very disappointed.

    I have a Molitor bat from back in the day, they also did a Yount bat for his 89' MVP in the 1990 season.

    A Gomez Gold Glove bobble should be the ONLY repeat. All others better be new first time full size bobbles or I will be pretty disappointed.

    Hearing they are shooting for one of the May weekend series to have the event. But that is still TBD.
