Got the new battery and it did the trick.
  2. BrewCrewForever
Thanks guys, I went ahead and bought a new battery online. Will be to my house by Monday.

I have a 13 inch MacBook from 2008. Always used to keep a charge for a long time when off the charger recently when I take it off the charger the battery is only good for a half hour tops. Is this fix as simple as buying a new battery?

While this does not solve the major issues during this 9 of 10 losing skid, it is pretty cool and exciting.

It is crazy to think that at some point during this seasons hopeful playoff run Jeremy Jeffress could be throwing important innings for the big league club out of the pen. He has been great at Nashville, have to imagine at some point he will get his shot.

Love this video. Usually watch it once per week. Brewers marketing team doing a fantastic job this season, as per usual.
  7. BrewCrewForever
Seeing a lot of these bobbles going for over $30 on ebay.

Love Anderson, hope he stays as long as he wants. But if he does leave, I hope we can get Lepay full-time. Really been enjoying him.
  9. BrewCrewForever
I think the Brewers will keep him on the roster until it becomes a problem and they HAVE to have a 25th man who can contribute more. Until then he will probably get time in games we are up a lot our down more than 3 or 4.

Has any baseball player ever had an injury like this before? None that I can remember hearing about.
  11. BrewCrewForever
This is beyond frustrating. It's going to be like this all season, if he doesn't end up on the DL.

I really felt Ryan was going to have a monster year similar to 11' and 12'. But if this is an issue all year which it seems it will be, I think he will just be good and probably have to miss a fair amount of games. So sad and frustrating.

Per Joe Hamrahi from BP, he just tweeted that the tickets are now sold out. Very cool.

This is my routine as well. Some years I actually go to the game, but lately I just get together with friends and watch the game, drink beer and cook out.

When I see deals like this, I just love Ryan Braun's current deal that much more. And some still say that deal is too big. I don't get it.
  16. BrewCrewForever
If they chose Overbay over Francisco I think they are really going to regret it.
  17. BrewCrewForever
Is this legit? Someone I just know said they heard on the radio it was.
  18. BrewCrewForever
Nate when did you buy your tickets? Last year mine came like yours did because we didn't buy them until February. But for this season I got the nice package since I renewed back in October. I think you only get the "fancy" tickets when you buy or renew before a certain date. At least I think.

Got mine in the mail today, got me even more pumped for the season now. Can't wait till 3/31!
  20. BrewCrewForever
So Doug is saying Lyle Overbay will play CF in a playoff game?
  21. BrewCrewForever
I feel like Reynolds is a lock at this point. Would be shocked if he isn't added to the 40 man very soon.
  22. BrewCrewForever
If Wang can ever start, great. But I will settle for an electric LHP out of the pen. Could be a really great pickup by Doug and co.
  23. BrewCrewForever
Rotation: Lohse, Gallardo, Garza, Peralta, Estrada Pen: Henderson, K-Rod, Kintzler, Smith, Thornburg, Wang, Wooten OF: Davis, Gomez, Braun, Schafer IF: Ramirez, Segura, Weeks, Francisco, Gennett, Reynolds, Herrera C: Lucroy, Maldonado DL: Gorzelanny Herrera will be the backup SS and 5th OF.

My rep told me he thought we would get vouchers and then redeem them at a game at a guest relations station at the park.

Anyone ever hold their leagues fantasy baseball draft at a bar or restaurant around the Milwaukee area? Where? How much? Was it a good experience? Asking because my league might do a live in person draft for the first time. Looking for some ideas. Thanks!
