  1. Starting to think that the Brewers should maybe cut ties with Aoki, move Braun to RF and play Davis in LF. I know it is a small sample, but I really like what we have seen from Davis.
  2. Braun was probably going to have more than enough evidence against him regardless of the Yahoo report that didn’t have his name redacted, but still if A-Rod did that, what a chump. Turning in your fellow players because you have the most and biggest evidence against you is pretty shady.
  3. This is sig worthy, fantastic and so true.
  4. This. God help us if we had to listen to Coshun call every game. Hopefully Anderson does not leave and if he does they look elsewhere and just keep Coshun around for pre/post game shows and fill in play by play guy.
  5. Nothing went right in May. It was as bad a month I can remember being a Brewers fan. And there have been some bad teams. Since then they have looked much better, too bad the team stunk so bad in May and we never really had Braun, Ramirez and Hart all together. Could have done something this season.
  6. I’m heading north tonight to Green Bay for Raw at the Resch Center. Pretty pumped that Brock Lesnar is scheduled to appear, first time in over 10 years that he will be in Wisconsin. All the other big names are set to be there as well, should be a good show. Two weeks till Summerslam, should be interesting to see how they continue to build the Cena/Bryan match
  7. I don't really like the idea of him playing 3B, but I would not be opposed to him getting some more time at 1B on the days Maldonado catches.
  8. Major League Caddyshack Anchorman Beerfest Tommy Boy The Departed
  9. Mark is awesome. Very happy to have him as our owner. I have tickets to two games in August as part of our 20 pack so I look forward to the $40 in vouchers we will get.
  10. I think it all depends how old the player is when you sign him to the long term deal.
  11. He should have made the All-Star team two years in a row. The only catchers better than him in MLB are probably Posey, Molina and Mauer. That is it. I think he is very close to star status, a few more years like this and he will be there. I have been a big fan since he got the call in 2010. Got his jersey for Christmas this past offseason. Remember when some thought Angel Salome was going to be the catcher of the future over Lucroy? I also think he has turned into a leader on the club and I noticed that he plays with a bit of swagger. Something about his mannerisms.
  12. While part of me would like Braun to spill all the beans, the other part of me thinks it is best left unsolved. Just go out and rake for the next 7 years like you did your first 7 years and keep your nose clean. Do that and even the fans he lost will come back and while it will never be fully forgotten, it could come close.
  13. I got a letter in the mail and I selected the three dates I wanted to do it in order of preference and then they let me know which one I got.
  14. Zack Greinke still the best. God I miss that guy. So far I have really appreciated the comments from Lucroy, Greinke and Rodgers. Sound like a lot of the fans.
  15. Have you done the batting practice for season seat holders? I am doing that next month, that seems even better than just playing catch on the field.
  16. I am a 20 pack holder and got that email from my ticket rep as well.
  17. Chris is great. His coverage and games calls of the Rattlers is grade A stuff.
  18. Yeah, that would take some REAL arrogance to use in 2012 after got busted and then got off without a suspension. I believe the clinic closed in December 2012.
  19. I mean at this point anything is possible. And I personally don’t care that much that he took PED’s, he is a Brewer and I plan to continue to cheer him as I have for the past 7 seasons and I think he will continue to put up good numbers. Am I disappointed by all the lying and denials, sure, who isn’t. But to say it is a fact that he has been taking PED’s his entire career, I have not seen such facts. The only year I have ever heard come up in a report or document that the public has seen was today when TJ Quinn said Braun began his relationship with Bosch in 2011.
  20. I am not saying it isn't true, but I have not seen these facts that show the PED use back to 2007 or before. Can you please provide them?
  21. What I specifically meant, was I remember seeing a document where they had actual substances and dosage amounts listed with A-Rod and maybe others. But Braun was the only guy who really wasn’t linked to any substances, just dollar amounts. Also, not that it matters one way or another, but it seems strange that this entire list is Hispanic players, save for Braun. Wishful thinking is he is the odd man out because he really was only associated due to his lawyers consulting Bosch during the appeal. But who knows at this point.
  22. Correct me if i am wrong, there were no public documents of Braun being linked to any PED's, but other players clearly had their names connected to specific PED's? Braun's name is just listed with $$ amounts, right?
  23. Wow, that was one of the best Raw's in years. Top to bottom a great show. Three really good matches in Orton vs Fandango, Ziggler vs Del Rio and RVD vs Jericho. Great segments with Henry/Shield, Wyatt's beat down on R-Truth and Bray's promo, the entire Punk/Heyman/Lesnar stuff was just gold. Then to close the show with Cena picking Bryan to be his Summerslam opponent was awesome as the entire arena chanted "Yes!". Really looking forward to this Summerslam build.
  24. Whatever happens, I just can't wait to put this story in the rear view. That way everyone involved (Players, MLB, fans, media, etc.) can just move on. I am sick of these new "stories" and "leaks" every other day. It's getting old.
  25. I heard that last season Braun was tested 27 times. I think the normal player is tested maybe 3-5 times during the year. Braun of course did not test positive for anything and went on to put up a .319/.391/.595 w/ 41 HR. So I guess my only point here is that if he did or didn't use anything at one time, probably didn't matter. He's good at baseball and that is why he puts up the numbers he has.
