You are so right. And I liked you comment about the Brewers taking advantage of the Cubs curse. We continue to let the Cubs off the hook for losing games when they shouldn't. The Cubs won't win this division. The Brewers are losing it.

We are still mathamatically in the playoff race even though we let the Cubs off the hook for being swept by the Marlins.

jschris, that is a cool story. I still have some faith my Braun 8x10 will come. I just think its odd that people sent theirs out the same time as me and they have gotten theirs back while I didn't. Only time will tell I guess. -
The graphics are amazing Woogie! Come on guys, win a freaking game. If the Cubs lose again and we let them off the hook by losing I might actually literally cry. Don't tempt me Brewers.

I'd like to see Gross at 2 and JJ at 7 if that were to be the lineup. Id be okay with that as well. I just want Gross in RF and Hart in CF.

I think Braun snubbed me or it got lost/stolen in the mail. Since I have yet to get my 8x10 back. -
You know darn well had they done that and he hits one out, or hist a double and scores, whatever...there would be an equal number of people here today calling Ned an idiot for pitching to Pujols ina one run game. That's just baseball. I happen to agree with the decision (at least not pitching to him)...with one out and the likes of Schumacher, Ludwick, etc. coming up, you just don't let Pujols beat you. Id rather make a guy beat me then give him a free pass when you already have 1 out you are in the 8th inning and you have a chance to cut a lead to 1 game in a pennant race. Some may have bashed Yost for that, but not me.

I attend Gateway Technical College in Kenosha and see lots of people the two days of the week that I am there wearing Cubs and Bears hats, t-shirts and jersey's and it upsets me quite a bit. Although at least I can make fun of the people with the Bears clothing. But I have to keep my mouth shut about the Cubs stuff because of our situation.

Bottomline for me is Pujols should not have been beaned. They should have pitched to him and tried to get the 2nd out of the inning. Ned should have left that whole "retaliation" thing alone till next year, or just forgot about it all together. You had a chance to win that game and only be 1 game back. Think.

In a couple of years here, I've resisted the temptation to add a signature line, but this might be too good to pass up. That is rather good signature material right there.
