I think if Braun for some reason did leave, I would probably adopt that team as my 2nd favorite to the Brewers. Unless it's the Cubs or Yanks. I could handle if he became a Angel or Dodger. But I want him in Brewer blue for a long, long time.

We removed his avatar because we thought "Jewboys" was a slur. He took it as to mean we didn't want "Jews" mentioned on the site. His avatar said "jewboys"?
  3. BrewCrewForever
    That is great positive thinking.
  4. BrewCrewForever
Totally agree with that. It seems they just suspend them in football and its no big deal.

So is he more a true Yankee already then A-Rod? Just kidding, but I hate to think of Braun as a Yankee ever. That would break my heart. I think we are all looking to much into this whole idea that all of our good players are going to leave us. This is not the old days of the loser Brewers. This is the Mark A era, an era that is going to spend money and wants to win. Not cut corners. Im not saying that we can re-sign everyone, but I'd like to think we can keep either Braun or Fielder and a few of the other young core guys.

2 out of 3 would be very nice in this series. I think we can do it, or better. Bush has been pretty good as of late, I like our chances tonight.

No. That just isnt how things work these days. If I could pick two out of Hart, Hardy, Weeks, Fielder and Braun it would be Hart and Braun. I think they have the best longterm potential, with Weeks coming in third. Fielder will be great, but I wouldnt want to give him a 5-6 year deal when he is 28 years old, playing in the NL. I agree, Braun and Hart are the two I want here for life. Best long term potential and most complete players.

I don't quite think Fielder will turn into Vaughn, I think he will have a great career. But Braun seems to be the more total package on offense and if he can get his defense down will be unbelivable. I like to dream and think we will keep Braun, Fielder, Hart and Hardy around for a long time. Those are the 4 guys we need to keep around.

Man thats crazy you got yours back already! I think I sent mine out before you did. I hope mine didn't get lost in the mail or stolen from my box. Edit: Do you have a picture you can post of it?
  11. BrewCrewForever
Heres the thing, if we could keep only one who would you take; Braun or Fielder? I would go with Braun.
  12. BrewCrewForever
Feels good, lets keep winning and build a lead.
  13. BrewCrewForever
Why was he accusing everyone of being racist? What provoked him to think that? And Brain I would love to see a hate mail published thread.
  14. BrewCrewForever
Yeah I might have to go the Fingers signing. $20 for a HOF is to good to pass up. Time to check ebay for a nice 8x10 of Rollie.
  15. BrewCrewForever
I have not gotten my 8x10 yet.

Dude blingster that bullpen advisory thing is outstanding! I can't believe I would ever say that Shouse is our lowest risk out of the pen. Come on Crew, here is to a series win! Although it should be for a sweep. Ah well.
  17. BrewCrewForever
Aquino? Really? After not pitching in the major leagues since April? In that spot? Come on Ned you were joking right? Oh and you not off the hook either Estrada, learn to catch a freaking ball!
  18. BrewCrewForever
No no Braun 8x10 signed yet. Hopefully by the time this homestand ends I get it back. One can hope.
  19. BrewCrewForever
We had Javier Valentin the Reds catcher? I don't remember that at all.
  20. BrewCrewForever
Good post Brian. I agree, times are tough as of late and it drives me nuts and makes me mad. But I still love this team, watch every game and will continue to collect memorabilia. I dont know anything about the BA's, but didn't Braun make the cover of one?
  21. BrewCrewForever
You know who does belong near Reyes and Jeter. Hanley Ramirez. He should have been an all-star this year and will probably from here on out during his career.

Looks good to me, nothing wrong with a few more bats off the bench from both sides as well as a few extra arms in the pen. The flexability of Rottino as a third catcher and Gwynn's speed are positives.
  24. BrewCrewForever
That was brutal. She made no sense whatsoever. And she was trying to sound intelligent but it just wasn't working.
  25. BrewCrewForever
I really like that lineup. Come on boys 2 out 3 aint bad!
