  1. I really hope Ned tinkers with the lineup a lil bit. I think Hall needs to get out of the 4th spot. Maybe move him down to 5. I hope he does this and Billy can really break out tonight. If he can catch some fire we are going to be in great shape.
  2. Yovani Gallardo is such a stud. Looking at his numbers make me drool. Surprised Capellan is going to be a starter. Very odd. Hes still a jerk to.
  3. Didn't he just have knee surgery...? Nope hes healthy. Saw an AB for him against the Tribe when ESPN was showing random games during the Sox vs Tigers rain out on Wednesday. If I was going I would give Cirillo such a huge ovation. I cant see anyone booing Jeff. Although I didn't think Carlos would get as many boos as he got. But very different situations. Like Jenks Rillo will always hold a special spot in my Milwaukee baseball heart for his play for some very cruddy Brewer teams in the mid to late 90's. Edit: Jenkins and Cirillo were the Brewers during those years.
  4. Thanks guys. That is hillarious. Hes been looking for an out of that for awhile. Thinking of Ryan as Michael's boss makes me think back to the Fire ep in season 2 when Michael was talking business with Ryan. It was great.
  5. Okay I have not seen the episode yet but read about what all happend. With Ryan at the end, I he got the corporate job and then broke up with Kelly. Whay was done or said that made it so funny?
  6. That Yo tracker looks so good! As does Braun's, but his hasn't moved in awhile cause of that injury.
  7. Sheets 4-2 that looks very nice. Wins both the games we won on this roadtrip.
  8. Home Sweet Home! Back at old MP. Would be very nice and fullfilling to win the first game of this series. Hopefully Cappy is not Cappy in New York on Sunday, but rather the Cappy in all of his other starts. Should be interesting to see what Ned does with the lineup tonight. Jenks in LF Hall in CF but who in RF? Either Gross or Gwynn will be fine with me.
  9. I know the Hart signing was posted in the fan forum section of Brewers.com where they show the schedule for the autograph fridays. The Gwynn one was never posted. Should be a small turnout. Wish I was going. I really hope Jenkins does a signing sometime this season. I wanna get a bat signed by him.
  10. i wish we could get runs on anything besides home runs lately. this is getting ridiculous. I agree. Oh no an other error. This is how bad inning start. A guy getting on when he shouldnt.
  11. they normally don't have really any unsigned 8x10's, Waukesha is the best bet for that... Yeah I didnt know. I saw a few on ebay, but of course the signing is Saturday. If one of my buddies goes Im gonna have him bring my mini helmet.
  12. I like Curtis Granderson good ballplayer.
  13. Oh, and did I mention I like that TGJ is a bunt basehit threat? It is a good weapn to have. Ecspecially when you dont hit for power.
  14. Thanks for backing me a little Ueckaddict. I was feeling bombarded. I dont hate Gross either.
  15. princefielder28 call jeffs sports in menomonee falls.
  16. From that point of view, Granderson worked as a lead-off hitter for the Tigers last year, and Weeks is similar to him. And the Tigers went further than the Red Sox, so that must be better. Im done.
  17. I wouldn't be shocked to see him be brought back out for the 8th rather than turning it over to Turnbow. Im not sure but I agree. Im not sure Yost could trot Turnbow out today unless they get a bigger lead.
  18. He scored 1 run every 6.22 PA as a leadoff hitter. Reyes scored 1 every 5.75 with a better lineup. Pierre was one per 8.45 PA. Youkilis was a very strong leadoff hitter last year. You don't need speed to lead off. Okay great. I see your point and you can keep throwing your stats at me. Im done with this debate. I like Gwynn, sorry.
  19. It actually worked very well. Boston had a great offense. They did? Oh I think they took third in the East and didnt make the playoffs. Look Im SICK of arguing about Gwynn and Gross. Im done with it. You guys that like Gross fine, I do to but I prefer Gwynn and think he could be a good lead-off guy for us. Im done now.
  20. if you want speed, he's definitely fast enough. He could be a Youkilis-type leadoff hitter, which worked well for Boston last year. Gross is not that fast. And if you want someone like Kevin Youkilis hitting lead-off for your team. Then thats your choice. How did that work for Boston last season?
  21. Gabe Gross can certainly lead off. Ha. Id rather have Weeks stay there then Gross. Gross is a middle of the order type hitter.
