  1. It'll automatically be credited back to your card. Might take a couple weeks though.
  2. And Ueck's a grumpy old man off mic. He's pretty low on my list of things to be sad about.
  3. It's like moving mountains to win a single postseason game. The thought of some year stringing together 11 or 13 wins to win the WS is an absurd pipe dream.
  4. Looking forward to the "NLWC Game 3 Back to Back in the 7th" banner unveiling next season
  5. Five times I've been in the stadium for a road team series clincher against this worthless franchise . Brewers have three playoff series wins in 55 years. It's getting difficult to watch.
  6. Equally depressed Proud, 5x WS Champion Proud, 5x WS Champion Better, 2 WS appearances this century Super proud, 9x WS Champion
  7. No, we're all spoiled. Haven't you heard.
  8. I get trying to undercut the scalpers from the get go but those initial prices were wildly high. I got SSH extras in the loge bleachers for $60 each with similar seats going for $33 now on seatgeek. I'd love an atmosphere anywhere close to game 3 in 2008 vs the Phillies but I think we'll have to wait until the DS and beyond for that.
  9. Club level $36 with fees on the secondary market. That's over $100 less than the initial public onsale.
  10. Ticket supply cheap and plentiful. This game won't be anywhere close to a sellout.
  11. I'm waiting on game one. Thinking I can get a terrace ticket for like $15.
  12. "Make sure to purchase your tickets early to lock in the best seats at the lowest prices." Yeah OK brewers.com, whatever you say. I was just looking at club level seats for WC game one on seatgeek for $50 per ticket less than current face.
  13. Good luck with that. WC round gonna be similar to last year IMO. Relatively low energy and plenty of empty seats.
  14. https://www.fox6now.com/sports/brewers-parking-system-license-plate-recognition-tech-reinstated
  15. The suites are outdated and far from the field. A premium area behind home plate closer to the batter than the pitcher is would definitely sell. No other team has all those seats squashed together the same as they do up in the terrace level. Maybe Detroit but they're redoing theirs after this season.
  16. One of the only teams if not the only team. Even the A's have Diamond Level seating behind home plate. The Brewers really are a relic that lets the fans have the run of pretty much the whole ballpark, for at least the first hour they're open anyway. You have to think that an actual premium seating area behind home with more comfortable wider and padded seats, a dedicated entrance and exit, f&b package, etc is tops on the list and something a lot of people would pay decent money for. With actual security checking people's tickets, not an 85 year old disinterested usher who lets me into the Club level now with a screenshot of my friend's ticket.
  17. Somewhere the long forgotten Happy Youngster is eating a doughnut in his patrol car and smiling at the actions of his protege.
  18. From the physical act of parking standpoint It really wasn't an inconvenience. From the paying/activating standpoint yeah it was probably an irritation for some. My party had prepaid and when it was apparent the system wasn't working we went in the stadium. If I was someone who tried to pay day of and it was apparent the system wasn't working I'd have been happy that I got to park my car for free. This wasn't the gigantic chaotic cluster f that some people who weren't there are making it out to be.
  19. It's all done by license plate recognition camera technology. I'm sure there's an algorithm that knows all the different plate variations from every state.
  20. There are no lines to pile up though because whether the pay system is working or not there are still no employees collecting cash, swiping cards, or scanning your parking pass. You're still in the lot and parked in a spot faster than you were with the previous system.
  21. My usher buddy said there will be citations if you don't pay, with the company in charge going around the lots starting in the third inning and using whatever scanning technology on every plate to see who didn't pay. The first citation is $2 plus the parking fee with the fine increasing with every violation after that.
  22. Scoreboard Parking Parking The Milwaukee Brewers have moved to a License Plate Recognition system for all American Family Field parking lots. Parking attendants will be onsite to direct people to specific spots, however there will no longer be cashiers or scanners. Fans can either pre-purchase advance parking and activate their parking once onsite or purchase parking onsite via a QR code. Payments for parking can be made with Apple Pay, Google Pay or credit card. Home Opener 3:10 pm on Tuesday, April 2nd vs the Twins. Tickets plentiful Tickets Ballpark Pass- Go to every game including Opening Day starting at $39.99 Ballpark Pass Food Third Street Market Hall Annex Working with 3rd Street Market Hall, the Brewers have created a space inspired by the experience of the original location at The Avenue in downtown Milwaukee. The American Family Field area will be called 3rd Street Market Hall Annex and will be located on the right field loge level of the stadium, with four local vendors: Kompali Tacos, Smokin’ Jack’s BBQ, KAWA (Asian fusion) and Anytime Arepa (Venezuelan). In addition to the food offerings, the space has been redesigned and reconfigured as a gathering spot with a gaming area. Brewers Team Store Main team store in left field being expanded (from link above) In addition, the Brewers Team Store in left field at the stadium is being expanded and its sales floor reconfigured to add more selection in all retail categories, including a customization corner, more space for gameday shopping and a streamlined check-out process in a newly added register room.
  23. So bigger than a bar but smaller than the convention center. Why can't they do this at the stadium again? Isn't that where most teams who do this kind of event are holding it?
