Thanks Yuni... No W for Lohse.

Yeah, I was in shock that the Angels agreed to trade him for Greinke. I think that it is going to end being one of the all-time worst trades ever for the Angels. They traded a very talented SS for a few months of Greinke. The Angels failed to make playoffs and failed to keep Greinke. That's pretty bad. Segura's got the potential to be a superstar. Melvin did a good job with that trade. Segura was always a solid prospect, but never a top prospect. He was never inside the top 50 and 2012 was his first year at SS. I think he will be great, but it wasn't like the Angels gave us a top 5 guy at the time the trade was made. Oh I see. Maybe he's one of those guys that ends up being much better than what the scouts thought.

Nice hit Gomez. Please get a hit Yuni

His last 2 outing have been scoreless. I hope that trend continues. It would suck bad to lose this one. Giants have lucked their way to 3 cheap runs.
-
Another solid inning from Lohse. Real frustrating that he's probably not going to get the win. I hate lucky innings. Hopefully the hitters can save the game for Lohse.
-
Giants are getting a lot of lucky soft hits. I feel bad for Lohse. He's pitched a great game. He had a lot of bad luck in the 6th.

Segura is going to be really really good. He's got great speed, a strong arm, excellent range, and he can hit. Yeah, I was in shock that the Angels agreed to trade him for Greinke. Weak at-bat from from Weaks.

What a garbage hit.
-
Huge strikeout for Lohse.
-
Hopefully we don't concede anymore runs. I don't trust this bullpen.
-
No more shut-out. Come on Lohse! Let's limit the damage.

way to go lohse!

Brewers sign K-Rod (minor-league deal)
vegasbrewcrew1993 replied to PrinceEatMeat's topic in Milwaukee Brewers Talk
We signed Rodriguez to play baseball, not to be a humanitarian. I couldn't care less what Rodriguez does in his spare time as long he doesn't kill or rape anyone. I don't care if he's got anger issues. This deal can't really hurt us. If he sucks than we cut him. It won't cost much to get rid of him anyways. If he works out than we found a cheap band-aid for the pen. The Brewers should call up Olmstead. The team has to keep trying to find ways to fix the bullpen. -

Well that was a fun win. The offense looked nice but the pitching......oh boy. Whatever I'll take it at this point. Henderson did kind of ok in the 9th. Nice inning from Kintzler. I wonder if Braun's neck is still bugging him? He doesn't look himself lately. Everyone will look better when Aramis and Hart get back.

lol oh boy...

What a fun game to watch. This kind of fun-ness is long overdue for Crew fans.
