Domingo does not need dumb luck from a rotten outfield play for his homeruns! The stats speak for themselves!
-
I must have missed this ... what did Counsell say about Hiura?
-
and give up 18 runs and allow a 1.000 BA and 1.000 OBA to lefties!
-
Houser cannot get lefties out, I guess.
-
Cubs are losing 1-0 in the 1st inning, too!
-
Mr. Stearns, I like your positivity! But, don't you have to play your best players?
-
No Keston tonight; no best-Brewers-team on the field tonight. What is the point of all this nonsense?
-
No, Shaw is just fine. Give him time. Wins/losses are not that important right now.
-
We got Jordan Lyles last season from the Padres ... Stearns bragged about Lyles' arm and then let him go to the division rival Pirates for what? Lyles was having a very fine season before having an injury earlier this month ... I don't know ... I'm just a loser fan who doesn't know anything, but there is plenty of questions that I have about how things are run. ( my rant is over for tonight ... ) Go Brewers! Club the Cubs! Make it hard for the Cards!
-
Jared Hughes released ... listen, David Stearns is a smart, calculating man ... but, he is hardly above reproach. Right now, his keeping Shaw on this roster while Hiura waits in the wings is downright infuriating.
-
Garrett Cooper for Brandon Webb ... somebody in management is overrated.
-
Gennett released, Schoop traded for, Santana traded, Hiura under-used this season, Miley released, Lyles released, Shaw over-used this season ... somebody in management is over-rated. I'm just getting warmed up ...
-
He would not have to dive for that one!
-
Nice catch, Gammy!
-
He did what I thought he would do ... Domingo in that situation would have been a lot better, normally.
-
Where's Hiura?
-
Domingo's defense looks far better than the Brewers defense tonight ... to the guy that said there was a 32% catch probability on Braun's line drive that landed deep on the warning track in the first inning, I would agree only if the typical outfielder had 40-foot long arms!
-
The bashing of Domingo Santana and relative love for Ben Gamel is rather ridiculous in this forum! Domingo has 13 more homeruns, a 28-point higher batting average, 42 more RBI's, and 4 more stolen bases!
-
Can we reverse the Gamel trade for Santana tonight?
-
What is with the lack of homegrown talent

He underrated Domingo Santana, too, who is putting up all-star numbers this year with Seattle. I know he was in Houston's system first, but he was in our minors for awhile wasn't he? -
Domingo Santana to the Mariners, Gamel and Zavolas to MKE

Ummm ... I'm not buying what you're selling. Look at those stats once again! It's not even close! -
Domingo Santana to the Mariners, Gamel and Zavolas to MKE

I have no recollection of him playing the outfield like Eric Thames ... Santana is on pace for an all-star season ... Gamel will never be on pace for that, I predict. -

You must be a politician ... that is quite some spin! Wow! -
He goes 0-3 with a walk. His average drops to .165. He's been a difference maker all season; I agree!
