We are a Division 3 school playing against a Division 1 school. UW-La Crosse vs. Duke.
Break up the MLB into divisions based on market size!
Make it make sense!
All the planets have to line up for us to get to the playoffs and win a series. It just has to be an ordinary day for huge payroll team to get there and do that.
Bottom line, big market teams can retain stars for as long as they want. Teams like the Brewers cannot. They can have a fair shot at signing big star free agents. We cannot.
Brewers have to hope young guys can step up and we squeak out a division win or wild card slot, but they cannot hope to have as fair a shot at true contenders-ship in any way whatsoever given the huge advantage the big markets have.
It’s the MLB way … big-market teams get the small-market teams stars while the small market teams get the big market teams trash.
Good job, Rob Manfred! What a crooked league!
Chourio needs to sit the rest of the series after the horrid 5-strikeout-game!
This kid was overconfident, and got his comeuppance!
He needs to stew for two more days!
