How exactly did clubhouse chemistry effect them last year? Other than media narratives and comments from a few players, they didn't actually play worse after trading Hader.
About time to get one of these started! I've got 27 as the magic number for the division after tonight https://www.playoffmagic.com/mlb/division/
If anyone else wants to update for the postseason magic number we can do that too.
Yeah when I see a dumb headline I usually just scroll past the article and don't read it since I expect the rest of the article to be really dumb as well.
13ks over two full games really isn't a lot in today's MLB. In fact I can think of three times in this game where I wish the hitter would have K instead of hitting into a double play. Also 83 wins would put them 4 games over .500 for the season and would require a losing record the rest of the way.
The most fun you had following the team was 2016? Were you asleep during 2008, 2011, 2018, 2019, 2021, and every other better season? Or are you an anti Brewer fan who roots for losses or something?
I hate that the magic box has lead to announcers complaining about calls too, especially on pitches that may have missed by less than an inch. I really wish networks would get rid of it.
Yeah on any forum you're going to get a good number of people who are extreme prospect huggers. No matter how big of sure fire can't miss prospect you have coming up, over 50% of the time they will not stick as a big league regular. Be aggressive, use the top prospects for big trades when you have the chance to compete. We need three more hitters in this lineup, then they have a legitimate chance at this thing.
