    Also, I didn't immediately make the connection of why they briefly cut to Creed after Michael said that he would have printed out more pictures of old people had they not run out of ink..of course, Creed had dyed his hair using printer toner..http://static.yuku.com//domainskins/bypass/img/smileys/laugh.gif I always end up watching every episode twice because I inevitably miss something subtle the first time through.

    It was announced yesterday that He sent playoff appearance rainchecks in the mail last Friday, so you should be receiving them soon. I got mine yesterday, but found that they don't specify an expiration date.

    Aside from Sheets getting hurt again, a vote also has to go to Bill Hall, who went from a 35 HR season to being a part-time player. Imagine how scary our lineup would have been by having a Bill Hall that even slightly resembled the 2006 version being sandwiched somewhere between Braun-Fielder-Hart.

    Laugh, but my initial thought was Craig Counsell, just for his WS clinching ABs of yesteryear. The storyline of having the local kid clinch it would be pretty neat too. Realistically, I'll join the rest and say Corey Hart. I'm afraid he'd be walked to load the bases though.

    I was about to comment on it as well. Considering what was at stake, the play was pretty remarkable. Not that there is a cause and effect relationship, but consider: Before play: Purdue ranked #5 in the nation, Kyle Orton is a Heisman trophy candidate. After play: Purdue proceeds to tank and ends up losing in Sun Bowl, and has been irrelevant ever since. Kyle Orton fades from Heisman race and is now a 3rd string QB behind Rex Grossman. So there is some secret agreement between them and the management." OMG conspiracy lol!!1! What is bugging me at the moment: We only got 2/3 of our security deposit for our apartment back because they charged us for a bunch of repairs/cleaning/replacement that was present from the day we moved in. However, we don't really have proof of this because my roommates failed to turn in the damage report form to the landlord when we started our occupancy. So the landlord basically had a field day and went to town on every damaged/dinged item that they could possibly find, as we have no evidence to say that it wasn't us that did it. I didn't move in until a couple weeks after our lease began, so I'm upset not only at my roommates for not turning the form in, but also at myself for making the assumption that they were responsible enough to do it without me asking.

    I recently attended an open tryout but as I've yet to receive a call back for a second tryout, it appears that I will not be signing with this baseball club.

    I posted a link to an NBC teaser commercial from a couple weeks ago..it's regarding "what everyone did over summer". There's not much aside from one major development..so I think it's worth a watch before Season 4 starts.
