Alot of guys on this site don't ever want to give up prospects, unless you're developing your own (which we're not), or paying big FA bucks (which we most likely won't anymore) you need to trade for pitching. I'll put this trade out there. Parra Hardy Lawrie Low level guy if Tor would pass on that then they probably aren't interested in dealing.

Well Hall has a lot of leverage here, he has a guaranteed deal and he won't take much less.

I completely agree Cameron WILL NOT Get $10 million a year in the next FA class, I will bet a beer with anyone on it. His advance age and streaky offensive production will put him into the $7-$9 million range IMO, maybe he gets 2 years, maybe. That being said I line Cam!!!

Gallardo should get named & then beg off, its a good thing for the Brewers from a bargaining position that he didn't get named http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif

Hall is going to be bought out this off-season IMO. The Brewers will say sit the bench or do you want to try and play somewhere else. Take a $1 million less or so and at least he can go play for someone.

The Brewers posy break schedule has to make them buyers, this stretch we're finishing has been pretty butal. Take a look at their schedule!!!

The GM for Toronto needs to make sure he gets maximum value for Halladay but he needs to be careful because if he ends up only getting draft picks for Halladay his tenure is over with. This is a HUGE game of chicken right now, who will blink first. Halladay's value goes down significantly if he's traded in the off-season unless he's willing to re-sign w/ that team and that will definitely narrow the field who can afford his next contract demands.

Ok what about Escobar, Parra & Lawrie?
  9. KCBrewerfan34
Asking face value of $14 per ticket OBO.

Is Heether on the 40 man roster? Also, you can only trade one of these guys in a deal. I would deal Gamel & keep Escobar.

Nobody wants to go tonight? What about $30 for each, to see Santana pitch
  12. KCBrewerfan34

I have the All-Star program from the 1975 MLB All-Star game, its not GEM MINT. Pricing?
  15. KCBrewerfan34
I have 2 seats in SECT 215 ROW 4 behind the Brewer dugout I can't use for Tuesday. Asking face value $45 per ticket. Usually do a hand off at Brookfield Square

This solution would appear to be not sexy but not costly either, AZ could dump $5-6 million in remaining salary and get some mid-level type of prospects. I'm on board.
  17. KCBrewerfan34
Look up the word idiot in the dictionary and you'll see this guy. WOW!!!
  18. KCBrewerfan34
I have 4 tickets for each game. SECT 424 ROW 12. Face value is $14 per ticket OBO. 6/29 SEATS are GONE Thanks, Mike
  19. KCBrewerfan34
Why not Bedard, unless his shoulder is jacked.
  20. KCBrewerfan34
Parra looks totally fried, too bad Melvin couldn't have included him in a deal before all of this happened, I'm guessing is trade value is extremely minimal right now.

During the next bargaining the owners have to stop this madness. Simply setup a slot system, it will basically get Boras out of the whole process, it will stop the posting fees (causing imbalance), just setup a system like basketball, you have to put your name in the draft, this includes ALL players (foreign and domestic). This is such a simple fix it's almost embarrassing it hasn't been done yet.
