  1. Well, could’ve been much worse. Let’s bounce back! Yelich is due to get hot.
  2. If he was available for the woodruffs and Santana’s of the world I’d work something out. Doubt that’s an option. But wouldn’t want to overspend on him with some injury concerns and only 2 years left.
  3. Then who do you trade? To get any of the big guns, they are going to have to pay up. Not gonna get a stud pitcher, catcher or infielder without giving up some of our top prospects. Stay the course. Best post in this thread so far.
  4. It’s interesting to me to see Hiura in many trade proposals on here. When I see him as our starting second baseman to end this year. Crushing AA pitching. Doesn’t need to prove anything more to me in the minors, even if he lacks some defensive ability/experience.
  5. Braun off and Perez at short. Nola has been tough this year.

  7. This was my type of thinking. Well done.
  8. “Brewers got some left handed thump on the bench with: Thames, Sogard and Shaw.” Bill Sorry guy. Sogard is not a thumper.
  9. Solid outting by Junior! He keeps us in basically every game he pitches.
  10. 3-0 pitch and you pop up in front of the pitchers spot. Nice Orlando...
  11. Maybe I’m picky...but how is that a hit? Clearly a makable play that wasn’t made.
  12. Right when you think Aguilar is coming back down to earth, he shows he isn’t done.
  13. Kratz is starting. Probably means another bomb from him today.
  14. What a fall from grace the past few years have been for Braun. Atleast Bill still has a soft spot for you “Braunie”
  15. I am Braun has .261 BABIP, far below his .329 career rate. He also has 22.2% line drive rate, highest of his career. Yet is batting .232 with .713 OPS. That's all well and good, but most of his Ab's have suggested he doesn't have it anymore. I've never seen him have just negative facial expressions just waiving at pitches going by like he has this year. Him starting and playing hurt 95% of the time is certainly hurting Santana's production. I think most of us care about results rather than advanced metrics. Yes! Thank you! Results please!
  16. Don’t really care how hard Braun hits the ball if they are outs...2 months this year is dragging with lack of results.
  17. Suter and Chacin have been the most consistent starters this year. Nothing amazing but consistent. Never would’ve guessed that to start the year.
  18. With the off day Thursday you’d think they’d want hader to get two days off anyway. Give him another Craig!
