Doug thanks for the info.I am not crazy about giving this guy a 3 year deal in the First place.I am not sure why they just don;t go with who they have and Give Morris a shot again . It not like we are going anywhere in 2014. -
Dm is not stupis enough to trade a Young Pitcher for a Minor league 1st baseman.

I kinda glad doubt he play a full year with two Bum Knees.I Guess we know not to take a player at his words about any type of hometown discount. Please hopefully DM does not do something stupid to fill 1st base. Go with the guys here already it not like this team will be a true contender next season.

Smith gives us another Lefty that we really needed. I don't think he going to start though and we still have Thornburg Fliers battling for that 5th spot.

We have this kid for at least two years and we NEEDED a LHP good all around and like another Poster said creates a spot for are younger KIDS.

The Brewers need to get another boatload of prospects to have an impact with the crew and that includes pitchers.The Yanks will always be the Yanks and only hope for one WS in my lifetime not being greedy.

The Issue according to BA our Minor league teams finished 70 games under 500. I not saying we need to put a top product in every level but it be nice to be able to draft and teach some players that have the possiblity of being a top end rotation guy.I think the Crew has some very good Potential Bats on the Farm.

I like to see who is the player going back to Florida but Logan has been injured in the past. I don't think it be either for Nelson or Thornburg.

I think Hughes had a hard time in NYC and will be better in Minny. I would have liked it for the Crew but we need a groundball guy to pitch here in Miller Park.
