well now we shall see if Mcgahee or Lamb or Gamel can seize the moment.
  2. brewmann04
Look at his Numbers and tell me that the Brewers could not use him in their Lineup a few days a week, especially if Mr Hart does not produce.
  3. brewmann04
I think getting Bobby will be a postive he can play the field a few days a week and give you a solid LH bat on the bench.

here the latest From Ken Rosenthal about the brewers intrests in certain Pitchers. The Brewers are not interested in projects such as Kris Benson, Jason Jennings, Mark Redman, and Victor Zambrano. They're just lukewarm on Mark Mulder. Benson is drawing interest from the Dodgers, Rangers, and Cardinals; one exec reviewed his audition as "so-so."

but he did hit in the 280 with 20 hr and 20 sb last season. plus he a left handed bat.
  6. brewmann04
i believe that you could be right there Dollar Bill
  7. brewmann04
hope melvin is watching the wire and puts in a claim
  8. brewmann04
Looks like another team passed oh Sheets
  9. brewmann04
I wonder if Mulder i one of the Two fa Pitchers who doug keep talking about that he having discussions with. I still would like Chad Codero also if we can get him to agree to a minor league deal.
  10. brewmann04
There been a lot of talk about Mulder being a Dark horse Signing and could suprise. I would sign both him and Cordero.
  11. brewmann04
we won't know how good the bullpen will actually be until they play live baseball
  12. brewmann04
I would love to have an even playing field
  13. brewmann04
maybe Melvin will add Codero to a minor league deal , instead of adding another expensive starter. there still a chance Benny will be part of the 2009 rotation
  14. brewmann04
That is a good thing so far now we got Bush done maybe melvin looking at what Fa to add based on the Salaries he has to dish out.
  15. brewmann04
I like this deal and see the brewers get a long term deal here wishing we can get Hart done long term.
  16. brewmann04
    best of luck Gabe
  17. brewmann04
Pedro is way past his prime and is not worth a big contract even for one year.
  18. brewmann04
go for Abreu he give you 20 hr and 20 Sb
  19. brewmann04
Now Doug find us a Starter and add Abreu and it would be a nice offseason.
  20. brewmann04
Adding Hoffman makes the Bullpen even stronger and yes if they added Chad that would be awsome. Now the 2 other needs are a LH bat and Starter and hopefully Melvin working on that. I would love for them to add Abreu.
  21. brewmann04
I think if doug blows this he will have alot of explaining to do to the Fans.
  22. brewmann04
If Melvin took a chance on the BUM Gagne why not go the 2 years with Hoffman
  23. brewmann04
i can 't see why they can add him along with Mulder the MLB network guys seem to think he has a shot
  24. brewmann04
if they sign Hoffman to close for 1 year and sin Lyon to a multi year deal he could be a set up guy this season and closer the following.
  25. brewmann04
Please the Brewers don't need to regress back to past years and sign also rans .we need to move foward and get quality Fa in here.
