I guess Melvin might see what Lo Duca is asking but if they add a Catcher or 3rd baseman it will come Via the trade route.

Good Riddance hope the mets like his no hit bat and i am not sure but thought he had shoulder issues to. I also like LoDuca who has proven he can be a hitter.

I agree no way any top prospect goes for a guy like Winn, melvin to smart for that.
  4. brewmann04
I lik bill also because he does get critical of the team and he did have a good end of the year synospis.
  5. brewmann04
Brewers need to restock with Pitchers this draft.

very curious seems like their an outside canadiate that might get the job and Narron fits that mold

I believe the NY daily news has posted a rumor the Yanks have Offered Posada a 3 yr 40 million dollar deal
  8. brewmann04
do the brewers paly the Yanks next year
  9. brewmann04
i agree with most of your choices and yes they will have to address the Pen and need a strong Bench which i like Dillion for one spot

That this team needs to get better defensivly and get better in the Bullpen while also getting there Starters at least into the ^ inning of the game. That they better find a way to be respectable on the Road and not blow 16 games when leading by At least 3 Runs. If we fix those Issues we should be fine

Now Doug can get down to business and get rid of the dead wood while planning to add the Quality players we need to make another run
  12. brewmann04
well bseball be fun for me as long as neithe the yanks ,mets or cubs win the wS
  13. brewmann04
jenkins will not be back and nor should he that money should be spent on a younger player whom ever Doug finds out there

You think the Cubs laugh at us last weekend when we lost to Atl.Just think how they are Laughing now saying we lost 3 in a row and still trimmed our Magical Number .

The Fans have every right to boo a terrible performance by a player or for that matter the whole team. This team no matter how terrible on the road they were and how many blow Leads and how Many Times we been Yosted still have a chance to win out at home where they had the best record and still Catch the Cubs. But this team proved again they are not ready to take the next step. Melvin has some very important work to do this offseason.

FANS HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO BOO A TERRIBLE PERFORMANCE .

what could have been if the Brewers could win at home they look more like the team that plays on the road. what a depressing week
  18. brewmann04
This team again had the division handed to them by the Cubs and what happens the team and Manager come out with the worst two games . Absoulty pathethic and like i did this team does not deserve to be divison champs. Putruid Performance and Braun fielding is getting worse by the minute.

i also think the Bullpen was used alot the early part of the year with our Starters not being able to pitch late in the Games. There also a good point that we don"t seem to have a good Pitcher who can pitch for more than 1 day without needing a rest. I would think if we can get our starters into at the very least into the sisth we should be ok. But the brewers need to find a good rubber arm for the Bullpen.

I think they will look hard at Mclung and Aquino because of their Arms. I don"t know if they are good Options but Greg is only 24.
  21. brewmann04
the pen especially Bow is getting very frustrating again to see the brewers blow this chance is heartbreaking.
  22. brewmann04
I would think they have to sign Coco and as for wise and Turnbow if Melvin can trade them so be it but yes the Pen does need an overhaul.
  23. brewmann04
we laugh when the cubs get knocked out of the playoffs
  24. brewmann04
I agree i would be estatic if the brewers finshed with this record if they didn"t start the season 24-10 and lead their division for almost 110 days. this season is very hard to accept

I am pretty sure Our Owner will be making some kind of Staement regarding the State of the Brewers. It should be intresting to hear what he has to say about the Team and Gm And Manager and his plans for next year to make the roster better.
