Yes. Lockridge Curts Perkins are a bit heavy for bench outfield. Do I see an opportunity to have Hoskins hit against a lefty sure. Why not? You're paying him. In a big spot would you rather see Hoskins or Ortiz grab a bat?

You just cannot in a game of this magnitude decide not to score. Murphy decided he didn't want to score there in hopes of preventing the Cubs from getting on base by hitting a ball to short evidently. Incredible

If Chourio doubles to lead off you are pretty much hoping Turang can burn an out and bunt him to third. To me that makes this lineup a non starter. That said Murphy is not an analytical guy. He's a i just love this guy's heart guy. He's just not interested in facts. Turang Perkins and Ortiz are his guys. They are playing no matter what. Hoping it works.

Agree with this. The Myers left out for Gasser was and is a huge mistake given where we are. Woody injury was even worse than imagined

Just saw that Murphy says Yelich probably will not hit leadoff tomorrow. That's awesome but why did he do it in the first place then?? 🤔

I have hope the Brewers find a way to win tomorrow but we will know as soon as the lineup is posted. If he isn't put the best 9 out there then it doesn't matter.
